Abstract

- 留め具・導電表層部一体型の落雷防護相互接続を有する多層複合材構造体であって、
内側面を有するとともに、外側面に皿部を形成する複数の傾斜凹部を有する導電層と、
前記導電層の前記内側面上に設けられるとともに前記内側面に沿う形状の1つ又は複数の炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)複合材層と、
前記導電層内の前記複数の傾斜凹部及び隣接する前記CFRP複合材層を通って延びる複数の穴であって、前記導電層が前記複数の穴の開口内に延びる皿状部を規定するように形成された穴と、を含み、

- 前記傾斜凹部内に挿入された複数の円錐ワッシャをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の留め具・導電表層部一体型の落雷防護相互接続を有する多層複合材構造体。
- 各留め具の円錐形のヘッド部が各円錐ワッシャと導電的に係合している、請求項4に記載の留め具・導電表層部一体型の落雷防護相互接続を有する多層複合材構造体。
- 前記導電層は、ワイヤメッシュである、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の留め具・導電表層部一体型の落雷防護相互接続を有する多層複合材構造体。
- 前記ワイヤメッシュは、銅、ニッケル、又はアルミニウムの組から選択されたエキスパンドメタル箔である、請求項6に記載の留め具・導電表層部一体型の落雷防護相互接続を有する多層複合材構造体。
- 留め具・導電表層部一体型の落雷防護相互接続を有する多層複合材構造体を形成する方法であって、
複数の隆起円錐形状部を有する成形型上に導電層を積層することによって、前記導電層に複数の傾斜凹部を形成し、
少なくとも1つの炭素繊維強化プラスチック(CFRP)複合材層を前記導電層上に積層し、
前記成形型上で前記CFRP複合材層と前記導電層を共硬化し、
前記導電層内の前記複数の傾斜凹部及び隣接する前記CFRP複合材層に、複数の穴を機械加工形成することによって、前記導電層内の前記複数の傾斜凹部が、前記複数の穴の開口内に延びる皿部を規定するとともに、前記導電層の導電面を露出させるようにし、
前記複数の穴内に留め具を挿入し、
前記導電層内の前記皿部内の前記傾斜凹部は、前記複数の穴に取り付けられた前記留め具の導電性皿形ヘッド部と電気的に接触する、方法。 - 前記導電層を積層する前に、前記成形型上にガラス繊維層を積層する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記導電層は、ワイヤメッシュであり、前記ワイヤメッシュと前記少なくとも1つのCFRP複合材層との間に接着層を配置することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
