Abstract
【解決手段】実施形態に係る画像処理装置は、記憶部と、抽出部と、導出部とを備える。記憶部は、血管形状と、血液の流量と、圧力損失との相関関係を表す流体抵抗データを記憶する。抽出部は、被検体の血管が描出された3次元画像データから前記血管の形状を表す血管形状データを抽出する。導出部は、前記血管形状データと、前記流体抵抗データによって関連付けられた、前記血管形状データに対応する血液の流量および圧力損失とに基づいて流体解析を行うことで、前記被検体の血管の血行状態に関する機能指標を導出する。

Description
まず、第1の実施形態について説明する。第1の実施形態では、本願が開示する技術を画像処理装置に適用した場合の例を説明する。
b)3次元の芯線座標
c)血管の起始部からの距離(ここでいう起始部とは、大動脈については、心臓と大動脈との境界、冠動脈については、冠動脈と大動脈との境界を意味する)
d)各芯線座標における芯線に垂直な断面での血管の断面積、及び、内腔の断面積
e)各芯線座標における芯線に垂直な断面での、円周方向の血管内壁の座標、及び、血管外壁の座標
f)各芯線座標における芯線に垂直な断面での、円周方向の、芯線から内壁までの距離、及び、芯線から外壁までの距離
g)血管の節点数
h)節点で区分された血管の本数
i)各血管の芯線方向の分割数
j)各血管の円周方向の分割数
k)血管の接続関係
l)血管と、血管端部の対応
m)血管の末端数
1.速度分布は、芯線にほぼ平行である。
2.流体は、心臓の拍動の70%〜100%の各位相の中で、おおよそ定常である。
3.血液の密度と粘性は、ほぼ一定である。
次に、第2の実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態に係る画像処理装置の構成は、基本的には、図1に示した画像処理装置300の構成と同じである。そのため、以下では、第1の実施形態に係る画像処理装置300と異なる点を中心に説明することとし、図1に示した構成要素と同様の役割を果たす構成要素については同じ符号を付すこととして詳細な説明を省略する。
次に、第3の実施形態について説明する。なお、本実施形態に係る画像処理装置の構成は、基本的には、図1に示した画像処理装置300の構成と同じである。そのため、以下では、第1の実施形態に係る画像処理装置300と異なる点を中心に説明することとし、図1に示した構成要素と同様の役割を果たす構成要素については同じ符号を付すこととして詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (16)
- 血管形状と、血液の流量と、圧力損失との相関関係を表す流体抵抗データを記憶する記憶部と、
被検体の血管が描出された3次元画像データから前記血管の形状を表す血管形状データを抽出する抽出部と、
前記血管形状データと、前記流体抵抗データによって関連付けられた、前記血管形状データに対応する血液の流量および圧力損失とに基づいて流体解析を行うことで、前記被検体の血管の血行状態に関する機能指標を導出する導出部と
を備える、画像処理装置。 - 前記記憶部に記憶される前記流体抵抗データは、血管が描出された時系列の3次元画像データを用いた解析の解析結果から作成される、
請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記抽出部は、前記被検体の血管が描出された時系列の3次元画像データから前記血管の形状を表す時系列の血管形状データを抽出し、
前記導出部は、前記流体抵抗データと、前記時系列の血管形状データとに基づいて流体解析を行うことで、前記被検体の血管の血行状態に関する機能指標を導出する、
請求項1又は2に記載の画像処理装置。 - 血液の物性値、反復計算の条件、解析の初期値、及び、事前分布を含む解析条件を設定するとともに、前記血管形状データの血管において閾値半径以下の領域を削除し、前記血管の接続関係を再構築する設定部をさらに備え、
前記導出部は、設定された前記解析条件を用いて前記流体解析を行う、
請求項1、2又は3に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記3次元画像データに基づいて、前記血管の末端における圧力の境界条件、血管の変形剛性、及び、中心静脈圧を同定する同定部をさらに備え、
前記導出部は、前記境界条件を用いて前記流体解析を行うことで、前記機能指標を導出する、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記流体抵抗データは、血液の物性値及び血管の3次元要素モデルに基づいて行われた3次元流体解析の解析結果、又は、既知の解析結果から作成される、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記流体抵抗データにおいて、前記血管形状は、楕円管、拡大管、縮小管、曲り管、分岐管、及び、曲りディフューザーのうちの少なくとも一つの要素形状で表される、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記流体抵抗データは、前記血管形状として、血管の芯線上の各点について、断面積、流量、流速、静圧、動圧、造影剤濃度、渦度、乱流強度、せん断応力の平均値、及び、3次元空間における座標の少なくとも一つを含む、
請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記導出部は、前記血管形状データに含まれる前記血管の芯線、断面積及び接続情報に基づいて血管回路網を構築し、構築した血管回路網を用いて前記流体解析を行う、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記導出部は、前記流体抵抗データに含まれる前記血管形状と、前記血管形状データに含まれる前記血管の芯線、断面積及び接続情報とのパターンマッチングを行うことで、前記流体抵抗データによって表される前記相関関係を前記血管回路網の要素に適用する、
請求項9に記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記抽出部は、前記3次元画像データに基づいて、さらに、前記血管内の造影剤濃度の変化を解析することで、前記血管の流速を取得し、
前記導出部は、前記血管の流速から得られる流量をさらに用いて前記流体解析を行う、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 前記3次元画像データに含まれる空間的に不連続な形状、もしくは、位相間で不連続な形状を除去する除去部をさらに備え、
前記導出部は、前記空間的に不連続な形状、もしくは、前記位相間で不連続な形状が除去された3次元画像データを用いて前記流体解析を行う、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の画像処理装置。 - 被検体の血管が描出された3次元画像データから前記血管の形状を表す血管形状データを抽出し、
記憶部に記憶された血管形状と血流抵抗との相関関係を表す流体抵抗データと、前記血管形状データとに基づいて流体解析を行うことで、前記被検体の血管の血行状態に関する機能指標を導出する、
ことを含む、画像処理方法。 - 被検体の血管が描出された3次元画像データから前記血管の形状を表す血管形状データを抽出し、
記憶部に記憶された血管形状と血流抵抗との相関関係を表す流体抵抗データと、前記血管形状データとに基づいて流体解析を行うことで、前記被検体の血管の血行状態に関する機能指標を導出する、
ことをコンピュータに実行させる、プログラム。
