Abstract
Description
図1を参照し、蓄電装置100の構造を説明する。蓄電装置100は、ケース1と、電極組立体3と、正極端子5と、負極端子7と、電流遮断装置10と、封止栓17を備えている。ケース1は、金属製であり、略直方体形状である。ケース1の内部には、電極組立体3と電流遮断装置10が収容されている。電極組立体3は、正極電極と負極電極を備えている(図示省略)。正極タブ41が正極電極に固定されており、負極タブ42が負極電極に固定されている。ケース1の内部には、電解液が注入されており、大気が除去されている。正極端子5と負極端子7は、ケース1の蓋部1aに固定されている。正極端子5は、蓋部1aの開口81を介してケース1の内外に通じている。負極端子7は、蓋部1aの開口82を介してケース1の内外に通じている。
図3を参照し、蓄電装置100aについて説明する。蓄電装置100aは、蓄電装置100の変形例であり、負極外部端子61aの構造が蓄電装置100の負極外部端子61と異なる。蓄電装置100aについて、蓄電装置100と同じ部品は、蓄電装置100と同じ参照番号を付すことにより、説明を省略することがある。
図4を参照し、蓄電装置200について説明する。蓄電装置200は、蓄電装置100の変形例である。蓄電装置200について、蓄電装置100と実質的に同じ部品は、蓄電装置100と下二桁の数字が同じ参照番号を付すことにより、説明を省略することがある。

- ケースと、
前記ケース内に収容されており、正極電極及び負極電極を備えている電極組立体と、
前記ケースの内外を通じており、前記ケースの外部にかしめ部が設けられているとともに貫通孔を有する電極端子と、
前記貫通孔を封止している封止栓と、を備えており、
前記封止栓は、前記ケースの外部で前記貫通孔を覆っているとともに前記電極端子に溶接されている固定部と、その固定部に固定されているとともに前記貫通孔内に挿入されている挿入部と、を有し、
前記固定部は金属製であり、前記挿入部は樹脂製である、蓄電装置。 - 前記ケースと前記かしめ部の間に金属プレートが配置されており、
前記固定部が、前記金属プレートに溶接されている請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記金属プレートに、前記固定部の移動を規制する突出部が設けられている請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電装置が、二次電池である請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。
