Abstract
【解決手段】タンク3は、(1)底部311と、側壁部312,313とを有し、側壁部312,313の他端側辺部312a,313aに囲まれて開口部34が形成されている樹脂製のタンク本体31と、(2)コアプレート30と、を備える。タンク本体31は、側壁部312,313の内面に両端部314bが接続された支持棒部314を有する。支持棒部314には、断面形状が変化することで応力が集中する応力集中部314aが設けられている。

Claims (5)
- 内部に熱交換媒体が流れるタンク(3,3A)を備えた熱交換器(1)であって、
前記タンクは、
底部(311)と、前記底部の外周に一端側辺部(312b,313b)が繋がれ他端側辺部(312a,313a)が一方向に延出する側壁部(312,313)とを有し、前記他端側辺部に囲まれて開口部(34)が形成されている樹脂製のタンク本体(31,31A)と、
前記タンク本体に組み付けられることで前記開口部を閉塞し、前記熱交換媒体が流れるチューブ(20)が接続されるコアプレート(30)と、
を備え、
前記タンク本体は、前記側壁部の内面に両端部(314b,314Ab)が接続された支持棒部(314,314A)を有し、
前記支持棒部には、断面形状が変化することで応力が集中する応力集中部(314a,314Aa)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記側壁部は、一対の短側壁部(312)と、前記短側壁部における他端側辺部(312a)よりも長い他端側辺部(313a)を有する一対の長側壁部(313)とを有し、
前記支持棒部は、前記一対の長側壁部における内面同士を繋いでいる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記応力集中部(314a)は、前記支持棒部(314)の長手方向における中心領域に設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記支持棒部は、前記タンク本体と一体成形されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記タンク本体は、複数の前記支持棒部を有し、
複数の前記支持棒部の間隔は、40mm以上90mm以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
