Claims (15)
- ロータ軸(24)に結合された隣接するタービンブレードの制振のためのダンパピン(100)であって、
第2の端部(104)に対して軸方向に整列しかつ軸方向に離間した第1の端部(102)と、
前記第1の端部(102)の内面から前記第2の端部(104)の内面まで軸方向に延びるばね部材(108)と、
を備え、
前記第1の端部(102)、前記ばね部材(108)、及び前記第2の端部(104)は、前記隣接するタービンブレードの間に定められた溝(48)と接触するように構成された前記ダンパピン(100)の略弓形上部(114)を定める、ダンパピン。 - 前記ばね部材(108)はらせん形状である、請求項1に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- 前記ばね部材(108)は、前記第1の端部(102)の前記内面又は前記第2の端部(104)の前記内面の少なくとも一方と結合する、請求項1に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- 前記ばね部材(108)は、第2のばね(130)に対して同軸に整列した第1のばね(128)を備える、請求項1に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- 前記第1のばね(128)は、一端において前記第1の端部(102)に結合し、前記第2のばね(130)は、一端において前記第2の端部(104)に結合する、請求項4に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- 前記第1の端部(102)及び前記第2の端部(104)に同軸に整列しかつ前記第1の端部(102)と前記第2の端部(104)との間に配置された保持ピン(138)をさらに備え、前記ばね部材(108)は、前記保持ピン(138)の周りで周方向に延びる、請求項1に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- 前記保持ピン(138)は、前記第1の端部(102)により定められる開口部(140a)内に嵌装される、請求項6に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- 前記保持ピン(138)は、前記第2の端部(104)により定められる開口部(140b)内に嵌装される、請求項6に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- 前記第1の端部(102)の一部は、半円筒形である、請求項1に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- 前記第2の端部(104)の一部は、半円筒形である、請求項1に記載のダンパピン(100)。
- タービンエンジン(10)であって、
前記タービンエンジン(10)の中で軸方向に延びるロータ軸(24)と、
前記ロータ軸(24)に結合された隣接する対のタービンブレードであって、前記タービンブレードの各々は、前記対応するタービンブレードのスラッシュ面(46)に沿って延びる溝(48)を少なくとも部分的に定める、隣接する組のタービンブレードと、
前記溝(48)内に配置されたダンパピン(100)と、
を備え、
前記ダンパピン(100)は、
第2の端部(104)に対して軸方向に整列しかつ軸方向に離間した第1の端部(102)と、
前記第1の端部(102)の内面から前記第2の端部(104)の内面まで軸方向に延びるばね部材(108)と、
を備え、
前記第1の端部(102)、前記ばね部材(108)、及び前記第2の端部(104)は、前記隣接するタービンブレードの間に定められた溝(48)と接触するように構成された前記ダンパピン(100)の略弓形上部(114)を定める、タービンエンジン(10)。 - 前記ばね部材(108)はらせん形状である、請求項11に記載のタービンエンジン(10)。
- 前記ばね部材(108)は、前記第1の端部(102)の前記内面又は前記第2の端部(104)の前記内面の少なくとも一方に結合する、請求項11に記載のタービンエンジン(10)。
- 前記ばね部材(108)は、第2のばね(130)に同軸に整列した第1のばね(128)を備える、請求項11に記載のタービンエンジン(10)。
