Claims (10)
- 表層と、該表層の厚み方向内側に設けられる裏層と、前記表層と前記裏層との間に設けられる中間層とを有し、前記表層及び前記裏層が繊維強化樹脂板で構成され、前記中間層が厚み方向に圧縮可能な材質で構成された筐体用部材であって、
前記表層、前記中間層及び前記裏層を貫通するように形成され、当該筐体用部材を取付対象部材に対して固定するための締結具が挿通される締結用孔部と、
前記締結用孔部の外周を囲むように該締結用孔部よりも大径に設けられ、前記表層の厚み方向に沿って形成された切れ目と、
を備えることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項1記載の筐体用部材において、
前記切れ目は、前記表層を厚み方向全体に亘って切断していることを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項1又は2記載の筐体用部材において、
前記繊維強化樹脂板は、炭素繊維を含むことを特徴とする筐体用部材。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の筐体用部材を用いた電子機器であって、
前記筐体用部材を前記表層を外表面に配して背面カバーとして用い、該背面カバーを前記取付対象部材となる正面カバーに対して前記締結具を用いて固定した筐体を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。 - 繊維強化樹脂板で構成された表層と、厚み方向に圧縮可能な材質で構成された中間層と、繊維強化樹脂板で構成された裏層とをこの順に積層して板状体を形成し、
前記板状体の前記表層、前記中間層及び前記裏層を貫通するように締結用孔部を形成すると共に、前記締結用孔部よりも大径で該締結用孔部の外周を囲む切れ目を前記表層の厚み方向に沿って形成することを特徴とする筐体用部材の製造方法。 - 請求項5記載の筐体用部材の製造方法において、
前記切れ目をレーザ加工によって形成することを特徴とする筐体用部材の製造方法。 - 表層と、該表層の厚み方向内側に設けられる裏層と、前記表層と前記裏層との間に設けられる中間層とを有し、前記表層及び前記裏層が繊維強化樹脂板で構成され、前記中間層が厚み方向に圧縮可能な材質で構成された筐体用部材と取付対象部材とを締結した締結構造体であって、
前記筐体用部材の前記表層、前記中間層及び前記裏層を貫通するように形成された締結用孔部に対して締結具を挿通させ、該締結具の頭部と前記取付対象部材との間に前記表層の前記締結用孔部の外周を囲む部分の切れ端と前記裏層とを挟み込み、且つ前記中間層を圧縮した状態で、前記筐体用部材が前記取付対象部材に対して固定されていることを特徴とする締結構造体。 - 請求項7記載の締結構造体において、
前記筐体用部材は、前記締結用孔部の外周を囲むように該締結用孔部よりも大径に設けられ、前記表層の厚み方向に沿って形成された切れ目を有し、
前記切れ端は、前記切れ目を前記締結具の頭部で前記裏層側へと押し下げた部分であることを特徴とする締結構造体。 - 請求項7又は8記載の締結構造体を用いた電子機器であって、
前記筐体用部材を前記表層を外表面に配して背面カバーとして用い、該背面カバーを前記取付対象部材となる正面カバーに対して前記締結具を用いて固定した筐体を備えることを特徴とする電子機器。 - 表層と、該表層の厚み方向内側に設けられる裏層と、前記表層と前記裏層との間に設けられる中間層とを有し、前記表層及び前記裏層が繊維強化樹脂板で構成され、前記中間層が厚み方向に圧縮可能な材質で構成された筐体用部材の取付対象部材に対する締結方法であって、
前記筐体用部材は、前記表層、前記中間層及び前記裏層を貫通するように形成された締結用孔部と、前記締結用孔部の外周を囲むように該締結用孔部よりも大径に設けられ、前記表層の厚み方向に沿って形成された切れ目とを有し、
前記締結用孔部に対して締結具を挿通させて前記筐体用部材を前記取付対象部材に対して締結することで、前記締結具の頭部で前記表層の切れ目の内側部分を前記裏層側へと押し下げ、該押し下げた切れ目の内側部分と前記裏層との間で前記中間層を圧縮しながら前記筐体用部材を前記取付対象部材に対して固定することを特徴とする締結方法。
