Abstract
【解決手段】中性子線Nを患者Sに照射する中性子捕捉療法システム1は、中性子線Nの室内から室外への放射を遮断する遮蔽壁Wに囲まれ、患者Sを室内に配置して中性子線Nを照射するための照射室3と、照射室3の室内に中性子線Nを照射する中性子線照射部8と、遮蔽壁Wに設けられた出入口3bを閉じる遮蔽扉D1と、患者Sに薬剤を供給する薬剤供給ポンプ17と、照射室3の室内に配置された患者Sに薬剤供給ポンプ17から薬剤を導く薬剤供給管18と、を備えている。薬剤供給ポンプ17は、薬剤の供給量を制御する制御部17aを有すると共に、照射室3の室外に配置されている。

Description
以下、図面を参照して本発明の実施形態について詳細に説明する。なお、以下の説明において、同一又は相当要素には同一の符号を付し、重複する説明を省略する。各図には、XYZ座標系を設定し、各構成要素の位置関係の説明にX,Y,Zを用いるものとする。ここで、X軸は中性子線照射部8から出射される中性子線Nの出射方向であり、Z軸は床面に対して垂直方向である。また、Y軸は中性子線Nの出射方向(X軸方向)と床面に対して垂直方向(Z軸方向)のそれぞれに直交する方向である。
第2実施形態に係る中性子捕捉療法システム1Aについて説明する。図4に示されるように、中性子捕捉療法システム1Aは、管配置溝(管配置部)23が照射室3の側壁24及び連絡室14の側壁26に形成されている点で、中性子捕捉療法システム1と相違する。その他の構成は中性子捕捉療法システム1と同様であるため、以下、管配置溝23について詳細に説明する。
第3実施形態に係る中性子捕捉療法システム1Bについて説明する。図5に示されるように、中性子捕捉療法システム1Bは、連絡室14が配置されることなく照射室3に準備室4が隣接されている点と、管配置穴(管配置部)27が照射室3と準備室4とを隔てる遮蔽壁W4に設けられた貫通穴である点と、が中性子捕捉療法システム1と相違する。その他の構成は中性子捕捉療法システム1と同様であるため、以下、管配置穴27について詳細に説明する。
第4実施形態に係る中性子捕捉療法システム1Cについて説明する。図6に示されるように、中性子捕捉療法システム1Cは、照射室3の上方に遮蔽壁W6に囲まれた遮蔽室28を有する点と、管配置穴(管配置部)29が照射室3と遮蔽室28とを隔てる遮蔽壁W6に設けられた貫通穴である点で、中性子捕捉療法システム1と相違する。その他の構成は中性子捕捉療法システム1と同様であるため、以下、管配置溝23について詳細に説明する。
Claims (4)
- 中性子線を被照射体に照射する中性子捕捉療法システムであって、
前記中性子線の室内から室外への放射を遮断する遮蔽壁に囲まれ、前記被照射体を室内に配置して前記中性子線を照射するための照射室と、
前記照射室の室内に前記中性子線を照射する中性子線照射部と、
前記遮蔽壁に設けられた出入口を閉じる遮蔽扉と、
前記被照射体に薬剤を供給する薬剤供給装置と、
前記照射室内に配置された前記被照射体に前記薬剤供給装置から前記薬剤を導く薬剤供給管と、
を備え、
前記薬剤供給装置は、前記薬剤の供給量を制御する制御部を有すると共に、前記照射室の室外に配置されている、中性子捕捉療法システム。 - 前記遮蔽扉が前記出入口を塞いだ状態において、前記遮蔽扉の端面又は前記端面に覆われる領域には、前記薬剤供給管を前記照射室の室内から室外に引き出すための溝状の管配置部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の中性子捕捉療法システム。
- 前記遮蔽壁又は前記遮蔽扉には、前記薬剤供給管を前記照射室の室内から前記室外に引き出すための穴状の管配置部が形成されている、請求項1に記載の中性子捕捉療法システム。
- 前記管配置部は、第1の方向に延在する第1の部分と、前記第1の方向と交差する第2の方向に延在し、前記第1の部分に接続された第2の部分と、を有する、請求項2又は3に記載の中性子捕捉療法システム。
