Claims (4)
- 第1の検出対象物質、第2の検出対象物質、及び、第3の検出対象物質を有するエクソソームを含む第1の試料液と、前記第1の検出対象物質と結合する第1の結合物質を有する第1の微粒子を含む第1の緩衝液とを混合して、前記第1の検出対象物質と前記第1の結合物質とを結合させ、前記エクソソームと前記第1の微粒子との第1の結合体を形成させ、
前記第1の試料液と前記第1の緩衝液との混合液から前記第1の結合体を分離させ、
前記第2の検出対象物質と結合する第2の結合物質を基板上に固定させ、
前記第1の結合体の前記第2の検出対象物質と、前記基板上に固定された前記第2の結合物質とを結合させて、前記基板上に前記第1の結合体を捕捉させ、
前記第3の検出対象物質と結合する第3の結合物質を有する第2の微粒子を含む第2の緩衝液を、前記基板上に捕捉されている前記第1の結合体と反応させ、前記第3の検出対象物質と前記第3の結合物質とを結合させて、前記エクソソームに前記第1の微粒子及び前記第2の微粒子がそれぞれ結合している第2の結合体を、前記基板上に捕捉させる
ことを特徴とするエクソソームの捕捉方法。 - 前記基板上に捕捉されている前記第2の結合体における前記第2の微粒子を検出することで、前記第2の結合体における前記エクソソームを間接的に検出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエクソソームの捕捉方法。
- 前記第1の微粒子の粒子径は、前記第2の微粒子の粒子径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のエクソソームの捕捉方法。
- 前記基板は、凸部と凹部とが交互に配置されたトラック領域を有し、前記第1の結合体及び前記第2の結合体を、前記凹部に捕捉させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエクソソームの捕捉方法。
