Abstract
【解決手段】一面から入射される太陽光を電気に変換する複数の電池セルと、該電池セルの一面側及び他面側に設けられた保護部材と、該保護部材の間にて前記電池セルを封止する封止部とを備える太陽光発電パネルに対する有価物回収方法において、前記保護部材及び前記封止部を取り外し、残りの残部を溶融錫に浸漬させる。

Description
図1は本実施の形態に係る太陽光発電モジュールの要部を説明する説明図である。符号100は本実施の形態に係る太陽光発電モジュールを示す。
以上においては、太陽光発電モジュール100を例に挙げて有価物を回収する方法を説明したが、本発明はこれに限るものでない。例えば、自動車用のガラスにも適用可能である。

Claims (7)
- 一面から入射される太陽光を電気に変換する複数の電池セルと、該電池セルの一面側及び他面側に設けられた保護部材と、該保護部材の間にて前記電池セルを封止する封止部とを備える太陽光発電パネルに対する有価物回収方法において、
前記保護部材及び前記封止部を取り外す取り外しステップと、
前記取り外しステップ後の残部を溶融錫に浸漬させる浸漬ステップと
を含むことを特徴とする有価物回収方法。 - 前記浸漬ステップの前に、前記残部に対してフラックスを塗布する塗布ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有価物回収方法。
- 前記浸漬ステップにて前記残部に対する酸化膜除去の処理が行われることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有価物回収方法。
- 前記フラックスは無機系フラックスであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の有価物回収方法。
- 前記浸漬ステップの後、溶融錫の上部に浮かぶシリコンを回収する回収ステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れかに記載の有価物回収方法。
- 前記浸漬ステップは500℃以下にて行われることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れかに記載の有価物回収方法。
- 請求項5の回収ステップ後に得られるインゴットを用いることを特徴とするはんだ合金。
