Claims (15)
- プリンタインク層から溶媒を蒸発させることによって前記プリンタインク層を乾燥するための少なくとも1つの紫外光源を備えるプリンタインク乾燥ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの着色剤を含むプリンタインクから溶媒を蒸発させるためのプリンタインク乾燥ユニットであって、前記光源から放射される紫外光が、溶剤吸収効率より高い着色剤吸収効率をもたらす、請求項1に記載のプリンタインク乾燥ユニット。
- 前記光源が紫外線発光ダイオードのアレイを備える、請求項1に記載のプリンタインク乾燥ユニット。
- 少なくとも1つの着色剤を含むプリンタインクから溶剤を蒸発させるためのプリンタインク乾燥ユニットであって、前記溶媒の加熱が、実質的に前記着色剤からの熱伝導によってなされる、請求項1に記載のプリンタインク乾燥ユニット。
- 前記光源が、30nm未満の波長帯を有する、請求項1に記載のプリンタインク乾燥ユニット。
- 着色剤を含む溶媒型印刷物質から溶媒を蒸発させるために、前記印刷物質を担持している基材に光線を照射するステップを含み、前記光線の波長が、前記溶媒の加熱が実質的に前記着色剤からの熱伝導によってなされるような波長である、方法。
- 前記印刷物質の着色剤に関して少なくとも70%の光線吸収効率を有する光線を前記基材に照射するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの着色剤の色に応じて前記光線の波長帯を選択または制御するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 200nm〜410nmの波長帯の光線を前記印刷物質に照射するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 印刷物質吐出ユニットおよび乾燥ユニットを備える印刷装置であって、
前記印刷物質吐出ユニットは、着色剤を含む溶媒型印刷物質を計量吐出するように構成され、
前記乾燥ユニットは、少なくとも1つの紫外光源を備え、前記光源は、前記着色剤によって吸収される電磁スペクトル帯域内の光を放射するように構成され、それにより、前記溶媒型印刷物質からの溶媒の蒸発が、前記着色剤からの熱伝導によってなされる、
印刷装置。 - インクジェット印刷装置を備える、請求項10に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記印刷物質吐出ユニットが、複数の印刷物質を計量吐出するように構成され、前記印刷物質が複数の異なる色を備える、請求項10に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記光源が、前記着色剤のそれぞれによって吸収される電磁スペクトル帯域内の複数の光を放射するようになっており、それにより、前記放射された光に関する前記着色剤同士のエネルギー吸収効率が30%の範囲内にある、請求項12に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記光源が、少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードを備え、前記少なくとも1つの発光ダイオードが、200〜450nmの波長帯範囲内の光線を放射する、請求項10に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記光源が、少なくとも70%の光線吸収効率で前記着色剤のそれぞれによって吸収される電磁スペクトル帯域内の複数の光を放射するようになっている、請求項10に記載の印刷装置。
