Abstract
【解決手段】無線通信により遠隔操縦される小型無人飛行機の飛行を妨害する飛行妨害装置であって、指向性アンテナから妨害電波を放射する一または複数のアンテナ装置を備え、前記指向性アンテナは、所定の周波数帯の妨害電波を放射する放射素子と、該妨害電波の放射方向に指向性を付与する反射器と、を有することを特徴とする飛行妨害装置により解決する。

以下に、本発明の他の実施形態にかかる飛行妨害装置90bについて図面を用いて説明する。なお、以下の説明では、先の実施形態と同様または同一の機能を有する構成については、先の実施形態と同一の符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (7)
- 無線通信により遠隔操縦される小型無人飛行機の飛行を妨害する飛行妨害装置であって、
指向性アンテナから妨害電波を放射する一または複数のアンテナ装置を備え、
前記指向性アンテナは、所定の周波数帯の妨害電波を放射する放射素子と、該妨害電波の放射方向に指向性を付与する反射器と、を有することを特徴とする飛行妨害装置。 - 前記指向性アンテナは、その仰角または方位角における所定の角度範囲を連続的に往復動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の飛行妨害装置。
- 前記指向性アンテナは、一の前記反射器に対して複数の前記放射素子を有し、
前記複数の放射素子は、それぞれ異なる周波数帯の妨害電波を放射することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の飛行妨害装置。 - 前記指向性アンテナは、前記放射素子を一次放射器とし、前記反射器が凹状の曲面を有するパラボラアンテナであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の飛行妨害装置。
- 前記各アンテナ装置は、前記小型無人機の侵入を阻止すべき地理的領域または空間の境界近傍に配置され、
前記各アンテナ装置の前記指向性アンテナは、その仰角および方位角が、前記地理的領域または空間への侵入路に前記妨害電波が放射され、かつ、該妨害電波による前記地理的領域または空間への影響が少ない角度に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の飛行妨害装置。 - 前記各アンテナ装置の前記指向性アンテナが前記所定の角度範囲を往復動作することにより、前記地理的領域または空間への侵入路の全面が前記妨害電波により走査されることを特徴とする請求項2を引用する請求項5に記載の飛行妨害装置。
- 前記小型無人飛行機はマルチコプターであり、
前記各アンテナ装置は2.4GHz帯の妨害電波を放射することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の飛行妨害装置。
