Abstract
Description
(第1の利用例)
方位センサ83によって検出されたタワー100のねじれ振動の振幅変化を求め、変化量が多い場合には「ブレード30に対する風の当たり方(風向の乱れ)の影響を受けている」などと風車の運転状況に関する情報を抽出し、警告情報を出力する。
方位センサ83によって検出された振動成分から、周波数解析により突出した周波数成分を抽出すると、構造体の固有振動数を推定することができる。この周波数が変化した場合には、構造体の強度変化などの異常が疑われるため、長期間にわたってモニタして異常推定に利用することができる。
上記実施の形態では、方位センサ83として地磁気に基づいて方位を決めるもの(電子コンパスなど)を例示した。しかし、方位センサ83は図3の回転角αの変化を検出可能なものであればこれに限られるものではない。たとえば、方位センサ83として、ジャイロセンサが使用できる。ジャイロセンサは、カメラの手振れ防止やゲーム機の動き検出や自動車の姿勢計測などに広く用いられるようになってきている。
Claims (6)
- タワーの上部にナセルが設置された風力発電装置の状態監視装置であって、
前記ナセルに設置され、前記ナセルの向きを検出する方位センサと、
前記方位センサの出力を受け、信号の記録、解析、送信の少なくともいずれかを実行する状態監視部とを備える、風力発電装置の状態監視装置。 - 前記状態監視部は、前記方位センサの出力に基づいて、前記タワーのねじれ振動に伴う前記ナセルの回動を検出する、請求項1に記載の風力発電装置の状態監視装置。
- 前記方位センサは、地磁気を検出する磁気センサを含む、請求項1に記載の風力発電装置の状態監視装置。
- 前記状態監視部は、前記方位センサの出力信号から一定時間ごとの平均値を求め、前記ナセルの方位データを算出する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の風力発電装置の状態監視装置。
- 前記状態監視部は、前記方位センサの出力信号から所定周波数以下の成分を抽出することによって、タワーのねじれ振動を監視する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の風力発電装置の状態監視装置。
- 前記状態監視部を収容するとともに、前記方位センサを収容するか、または前記方位センサが取り付けられた筐体をさらに備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の風力発電装置の状態監視装置。
