Abstract
Description

Claims (6)
- 患者適合カッティングブロックであって、
患者固有組織に少なくとも部分的に合致するか、あるいは準拠するよう構成された患者固有表面あるいは点接触特徴部と、
前記患者固有組織の平坦域および隆起切除部を形成するために、前記患者固有組織に対するカッティングツールの動きをガイドするよう構成された複数のガイドスロットと、を備えることを特徴とする患者適合カッティングブロック。 - 前記患者固有表面は、前記患者の組織のイメージングデータに基づく前手術プランニングにおいて確定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者適合カッティングブロック。
- 仮固定ピンの設置をガイドするよう構成された一つ以上の孔をさらに具備し、かつ、前記孔は、前記仮固定ピンの深さを調整するよう構成されたポジション調整要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の患者適合カッティングブロック。
- 前記カッティングブロックに分離可能に結合され、かつ、前記ガイドスロットから離れて軟組織を保持するよう構成されたリトラクタ特徴部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の患者適合カッティングブロック。
- 前記複数のガイドスロットは、近位脛骨の水平内側および外側平坦域切除ならびに内側および外側垂直隆起切除を容易にする表面を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の患者適合カッティングブロック。
- 前記近位脛骨の垂直および水平前方隆起切除を容易にするためのガイドスロットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の患者適合カッティングブロック。
