Claims (7)
- 患者固有脛骨カッティングガイドであって、
近位脛骨の前方および上位部分に少なくとも部分的に重なるよう構成された中央部分と、
前記中央部分から延在すると共に、前記近位脛骨の内側および外側関節面に少なくとも部分的に重なるよう構成された複数のアウトリガー部分と、
前記中央部分から内側および外側に延在すると共に、少なくとも部分的に前記近位脛骨の前方面の内側および外側側面の周りで延在するよう構成された複数のウイング部分と、
を備え、
前記中央部分および前記複数のアウトリガー部分は、近位脛骨の垂直および前方隆起切除部を形成するためのカッティングツールを案内するよう構成されたガイドを形成し、かつ、前記複数のウイング部分は、前記近位脛骨の水平平坦域切除部を形成するためのカッティングツールを案内するためのガイドスロットを形成することを特徴とする患者固有脛骨カッティングガイド。 - 前記中央部分、前記複数のアウトリガー部分、および前記複数のウイング部分の一つ以上は、前記近位脛骨の対応する面に少なくとも部分的に合致するかあるいはそれに準拠するよう構成された一つ以上の面あるいは点コンタクトを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有脛骨カッティングガイド。
- 前記一つ以上の面は、前記患者の近位脛骨のイメージングデータに基づく前手術プランニングにおいて確定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の患者固有脛骨カッティングガイド。
- 前記中央部分あるいは前記複数のアウトリガー部分に形成されかつ仮固定ピンの設置をガイドするよう構成された一つ以上の孔をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の患者固有脛骨カッティングガイド。
- 前記複数のウイング部分は、前記ガイドスロットから離れて軟組織を保持するよう構成されたリトラクタ機構を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有脛骨カッティングガイド。
- 前記中央部分、前記複数のアウトリガー部分、あるいは前記複数のウイング部分の一つ以上に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれた補強要素をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の患者固有脛骨カッティングガイド。
- 請求項1に記載の患者固有脛骨カッティングガイドと、
骨切除処置の間、カッティングツールの配置およびその案内を支援するために前記患者固有脛骨カッティングガイドに対して取り付け可能な標準型器具と、
を備えることを特徴とするシステム。
