Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a laminate and an electrochemical device.
Conventionally, in a fuel cell stack which is one of electrochemical devices, a manifold for supporting the fuel cell is used. The manifold is generally composed of stainless steel containing iron and chromium.
Here, in order to suppress deterioration of the electrode of the fuel cell due to chromium volatilized from the manifold, a method of covering the outer surface of the manifold with a coating layer with insulating ceramics has been proposed (see Patent Document 1).
However, when the fuel cell is operated for a long time, the coating layer may peel from the manifold. Such peeling of the coating layer is not limited to the manifold of the fuel cell stack, but occurs in all components of electrochemical devices used in a high temperature environment.
This invention is made | formed in view of the above-mentioned situation, and it aims at providing the laminated body and electrochemical device which can suppress peeling of a coating layer.
The laminate according to the present invention includes a metal member, a coating layer, and a first intermediate layer. The first intermediate layer is disposed between the metal member and the coating layer, contains an insulating ceramic material as a main component, and contains titanium oxide.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the laminated body and electrochemical device which can suppress peeling of a coating layer can be provided.

1. Configuration of
The
The
電子伝導性を有さない多孔質材料としては、CSZ(カルシア安定化ジルコニア)、8YSZ(イットリア安定化ジルコニア)、10YSZ、Y2O3(イットリア)、MgO(酸化マグネシウム)、又は、MgAl2O4(マグネシアアルミナスピネル)とMgOの混合物などを用いることができる。
The

The
インターコネクタ30は、例えば、LaCrO3(ランタンクロマイト)や(Sr,La)TiO3(ストロンチウムチタネート)などによって構成することができる。
The

The
In this embodiment, since the
Further, when the manifold 200 does not include the second
The
The
In the present embodiment, “contains the predetermined component X as a main component” means that the content of the predetermined component X is the highest on the basis of the atomic number% in each layer or each region.
結晶化後のガラス組織や組成分布は、例えば、XRD(X線回折装置)などを用いて結晶相を同定し、SEM(走査電子顕微鏡)及びEDS(エネルギー分散型X線分光器)、又は、SEM及びEPMA(電子プローブマイクロアナライザ)などによって観察することができる。 In the present embodiment, the “crystallized glass” means that the volume ratio of the crystal phase to the total volume (that is, the crystallinity) is 60% or more, and the volume occupied by the amorphous phase and impurities with respect to the total volume. It means glass (ceramics) with a ratio of less than 40%. The degree of crystallinity of crystallized glass can be obtained by calculating the volume ratio of the crystal phase region from the glass structure and composition distribution after crystallization. The glass structure and composition distribution after crystallization are identified by using, for example, an XRD (X-ray diffractometer) to identify a crystal phase, SEM (scanning electron microscope) and EDS (energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer), or It can be observed by SEM and EPMA (Electron Probe Microanalyzer).
The
In the present embodiment, the “average concentration of a predetermined element” contained in each layer or region means an average concentration obtained by line analysis based on an atomic concentration profile, that is, comparison of characteristic X-ray intensities by EDS.
The first
The average concentration of titanium is measured by line analysis using EDS. The average titanium concentration is obtained by measuring the titanium concentration at 10 locations uniformly in the thickness direction and arithmetically averaging the measured values.

In the present embodiment, since the first
The second

(Production of Comparative Examples 1 to 4)
Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were produced as follows.
First, a stainless steel (SUS436L) manifold body containing iron and chromium was prepared.
Next, a paste for a coating layer was prepared by mixing the ceramic material of Table 1 with various coating materials, a binder such as ethyl cellulose, and a dispersion medium such as isopropyl alcohol.

Next, the applied paste for the coating layer was subjected to heat treatment (850 ° C., 2 hours).
(Concentration analysis of elements in the first intermediate layer and the second intermediate layer)
Examples 1 to 36 were cut in parallel to the thickness direction, and line analysis was performed by EDS along the thickness direction to obtain concentration distribution data of titanium and aluminum in the thickness direction. Based on the concentration distribution data, the average concentration of titanium in the first intermediate layer and the average concentration of aluminum in the second intermediate layer were calculated. The calculation results are shown in Table 1.
(Thermal durability test)
A thermal durability test was carried out on each of Examples 1 to 36 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 simulating an actual use environment. Specifically, using the coated manifold, heat treatment in which heating and cooling were repeated at temperatures of 850 ° C. × 30 min and 100 ° C. × 30 min in the atmosphere was repeated 20 times. Thereafter, the manifold was held in a furnace heated to 850 ° C. for 1000 hours, and then heat treatment was repeated 20 times, repeating heating and cooling to temperatures of 850 ° C. × 30 min and 100 ° C. × 30 min. In Table 1, the case where no peeling was observed in the coating layer after the heat treatment was evaluated as “「 (excellent) ”, and the case where micro-peeling (peeling of 200 μm or less) was observed was designated as“ Good ” Evaluation was made and the case where peeling exceeding 200 μm occurred was evaluated as “× (impossible)”. Here, the size of the peeled portion was defined by the equivalent circle diameter of the pores generated by the peeling.
As shown in Table 1, Examples 1 to 20 provided with a first intermediate layer containing titanium oxide, and Examples provided with a first intermediate layer containing titanium oxide and a second intermediate layer containing aluminum oxide In 21-36, it was able to suppress that a coating layer peeled from the manifold main body compared with Comparative Examples 1-4. This is because the first intermediate layer and the second intermediate layer have high adhesion to the coating layer and the manifold body, respectively.
Moreover, in Examples 5-36 using the manifold main body containing titanium, it has confirmed that peeling of a coating layer could be suppressed more. This is because the adhesiveness between the first intermediate layer and the manifold body can be further improved by incorporating titanium contained in the first intermediate layer into the manifold body.
The average concentration of titanium in the first intermediate layer is 0.5 at. % Or more 25.0 at. % In Examples 5 to 16, the average concentration of titanium was 0.5 at. % Or 25.0 at. Compared with Examples 17-20 which exceeded%, the peeling of the coating layer could be suppressed more.
The average concentration of aluminum in the second intermediate layer is 0.5 at. % Or more 35.0 at. % In Examples 21 to 32 in which the average concentration of titanium was 0.5 at. % Or 35.0 at. Compared with Examples 33 to 36 with more than%, the peeling of the coating layer could be further suppressed.
