Description

The present invention relates to a fitting such as a raising / lowering window attached to a frame of an opening of various buildings such as a house and a building.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a raising / lowering window is known in which an upper and lower shoji are stored in a frame attached to an opening of a building, the upper shoji is fixedly held, and the lower shoji can be moved up and down to be opened. As an example of such a raising / lowering window, for example, one disclosed in Patent Document 1 has been proposed. The raising and lowering windows are arranged in the frame with the shoji and lower shoji in the vertical direction in the closed state of the shoji, and the guide groove formed on the indoor side of the left and right vertical frames is upward from the lower end. It has the inclination groove | channel which inclines in the diagonal direction toward, and the linear groove extended in an up-down direction. The lower shoji is opened and closed along the guide groove.

As shown in FIG. 12A, the conventional raising / lowering window 100 described in Patent Document 1 is slidably provided on a main body 102 formed on the upper arm of the lower shoji 101 as a locking mechanism for the lower shoji 101. The lock member 105 that can be locked to the hook-shaped lock receiving portion 108 in the concave groove 103a of the vertical frame 103 and the latch member 106 that can be engaged and disengaged between the piece 103d and the guide groove 103b by elasticity are provided on both the left and right sides. Have.

The lock member 105 is inserted into and removed from the lock receiving portion 108 in the concave groove 103a by sliding the operation portion 109, and locks (locks) and releases it. As shown in FIG. 12B, the distal end portion of the lock member 105 has a two-step shape of a central convex curved portion 105a and a low end corner portion 105b. Locking is achieved by advancing into the inner portion 103a and causing the bent portion 105a and the end corner portion 105b to get over the lock receiving portion 108 and elastically deform and engage with the side surface of the lock member 105.
The lock member 105 is formed by bending a steel plate into a substantially U-shaped cross section for reinforcement, and the front end surface is formed with a curved portion 105a by pressing, so that the end corner portion 105b corresponding to the plate thickness is formed at the bent portion. Was formed, and there were burrs on the corners.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 13A and 13B, the latch member 106 has a latch metal core 106a held in a pair of latch receiving portions 107 having a substantially L-shaped cross section formed in the main body portion 102 so as to be able to advance and retreat. For the sake of smooth mounting and operation, a minute gap t of, for example, about 0.15 mm is formed as play between the latch receiving portion 107 and the latch cored bar 106a.
Then, when opening the lower shoji 101 in the closed state, the lock member 105 is pulled out of the concave groove 103a to release the lock, and when the lower shoji 101 is tilted indoors, the latch member 106 becomes the spring biasing force. In contrast, it is retracted from the concave groove 103a to release the engagement, and moved to the guide groove 103b to be engaged again. Next, by lifting the lower shoji 101, the lower shoji 101 is raised to the upper shoji side along the guide groove 103b to be in an open state.

However, in the conventional raising / lowering window 100 described in Patent Document 1, there is a play of a minute gap t between the latch member 106 and the latch receiving portion 107, so that the latch member 101 is latched when opening / closing the lower shoji 101. The member 106 moves between the groove 103a and the guide groove 103b of the vertical frame to be engaged and disengaged, and collides with the vertical frame partitioning the groove 103a and the guide groove 103b to generate mess and noises. There was a drawback of being unpleasant and uncomfortable.
In addition, the latch member 106 has a convex shape with a relatively small diameter (for example, a radius of less than 7 mm) on both sides of the center plane of the latch member 106, so that the latch member 106 falls into the concave groove 103a and the guide groove 103b, so that the latch member 106 moves smoothly. In addition, there was a drawback that an impact sound was generated.

In the lower shoji 101, the locking member 105 is inserted into the concave groove 103a and locked with the lock receiving portion 108 in a closed position that forms a plane with the upper shoji, but the end corner portion 105b of the locking member 105 is locked to the lock receiving portion. There is a drawback in that when the vehicle goes over 108, it is rubbed with the end corner 105b and has a large resistance, requiring a large force for opening and closing operations.

In addition, since the buttocks of the lower shoji 101 are repelled by the elasticity of the airtight holding packing provided in the vertical frame 103 at the time of closing, the end corners 105b of the lock member 105 are difficult to get over the lock receiver 108 in this respect as well. . In addition, since the tip of the lock member 105 has a two-step shape, the lock receiving portion 108 comes into contact with and fits into the second end corner portion 105b after overcoming the central convex portion 105a. The operator may misunderstand that the lower edge 101 is locked at the closed position at a position that does not reach the locked position. In this case, there was a drawback that the closing of the lower shoji 101 was insufficient and airtightness and heat insulation could not be secured.

This invention is made in view of such a subject, Comprising: It does not generate | occur | produce an abnormal noise at the time of opening and closing of a shoji, and provides the fitting which improved operativity so that opening and closing operation can be performed reliably. With the goal.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a joinery in which the lock member can be smoothly locked with the lock receiving portion regardless of the thickness of the distal end surface.

A joinery according to the present invention is a joinery including a fixed shoji provided on one side of a frame body provided at a building opening and a movable shoji provided on the other and movable, and is formed on a vertical frame of the frame. The groove that holds the movable shoji in the closed position, the guide groove that is formed in the vertical frame of the frame and guides the movement of the movable shoji, and the movable shoji that is provided on the movable shoji can be attached to and detached from the guide groove A latch member that is held by the guide member, a latch receiving portion that supports the latch member so as to be able to move forward and backward so as to be engaged and disengaged with the guide groove, and a protrusion that is provided on one of the latch member and the latch receiving portion and makes the latch member abut against the latch receiving portion. And a section.
According to the present invention, when the movable shoji is moved between the closed position and the guide groove to be opened, the latch member is held by the latch receiving portion when being engaged with and disengaged from the guide groove, but the latch member is projected and retracted. Since the latch member is in contact with the latch receiving portion by the portion and there is no play, the latch member does not rattle even when colliding with the vertical frame when being engaged with or disengaged from the guide groove, and the movement is smooth and the generation of abnormal noise can be prevented.

A lock receiving portion formed in the concave groove, and a lock member provided on the movable shoji and capable of advancing and retreating with respect to the concave groove and having a distal end surface overcoming the lock receiving portion at the advanced position. The front end surface of the projection is bent into a substantially U-shape and the thick portion is formed as a part of the convex curved portion formed on the front end surface or a separate convex curved portion, and the convex curved portion or the separate convex curved portion serves as a lock receiving portion. It is preferable to get over and engage.
In the present invention, when the locking member of the movable shoji is locked to the lock receiving portion in the concave groove, a part of the central convex curved portion forming the thick portion formed on the distal end surface of the locking member or the convex of the separate end portion is formed. Since the curved part gets over the lock receiving part, it can be locked smoothly without being caught.

Further, in the latch member, it is preferable that the latch portion to be engaged with the guide groove has a convex curved surface shape having a radius of 7 mm or more.
Since the latch portion of the latch member is formed in a convex curved shape with a large radius, it can be smoothly engaged and disengaged without being greatly depressed when being engaged and disengaged from the guide groove.

Moreover, you may make it lock a lock member by engaging a lock receiving part with the side surface formed in the back of the front end surface.
When the front end surface of the lock member is formed into a convex curved surface having one or a plurality of steps, the lock receiving portion is engaged with the rear side surface even if a burr or the like due to processing occurs on the front end surface. Even if it exists, the lock member can be locked at the closed position of the movable shoji, and the lock member can be locked and released smoothly.

According to the fitting according to the present invention, the latch member is brought into contact with the latch receiving portion by the protrusion provided on one of the latch member and the latch receiving portion. When opening and closing by moving it, even if it is engaged with or disengaged from the frame portion of the concave groove or guide groove, noise due to play is not generated, and the opening and closing operation can be performed smoothly.

The balancer 11 incorporates a winding spring that urges the wire 12 in the winding direction, and can balance the load of the lower shoji 4 to hold the lower shoji 4 at an arbitrary height.

In FIG. 3, left and right vertical frames 8, 9 are formed with guide grooves 15 that guide the lowering and lowering door 4 to move up and down. The guide groove 15 has an inclined groove 15a extending from the lower frame 7 toward the indoor side of the frame body 2 and extending upward, and a linear groove 15b extending in the direction of the upper frame 6 substantially parallel to the upper shoji 3. Yes. Although the inclination angle θ of the inclined groove 15a with respect to the horizontal plane can be appropriately set, it is preferably set in the range of 25 ° to 45 °.
The upper shoji 3 and the lower shoji 4 are held in a substantially coplanar shape in the frame 2 in a closed state, and have high airtightness and good design. It can open by raising along the guide groove 15 of the vertical frames 8 and 9 of this.

In FIGS. 1 to 3, the upper shoji 3 is formed in a quadrangular shape by an upper rod 17, a lower rod 18, and left and right vertical rods 19 and 20, and a multi-layer glass such as a triple glass 21 is accommodated as a panel inside. The shoji 3 is fixed to the frame 2. Similarly, the lower shoji 4 is also formed in a quadrangular shape by an upper collar 23, a lower collar 24, and left and right vertical collars 25, 26, and a multi-layer glass such as a triple glass 27 is accommodated therein as a panel.
In addition, instead of the triple glass 21, the upper shoji 3 and the lower shoji 4 may store a pair glass, another double glazing, a single glazing, etc. as a panel.

In the lower shoji 4, the upper collar 23 is provided with a handle portion 30 for gripping the lower shoji 4 on the indoor side when tilting the lower shoji 4. The handle portion 30 is made of, for example, resin, and includes a plurality of hollow hollow cylinders that are hermetically sealed in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction so as to cover the lower collar 18 of the upper shoji 3, the upper arm 23 of the lower shoji 4, and the gap 22 between them. The portions are formed by being stacked, and some hollow portions are disposed in the gap 22. This improves heat insulation. In FIG. 3, a resin handle 30 is provided on the indoor side of the raising and lowering window 1 to improve the design of the appearance, and the metal upper bar 34 is moved to the outdoor side to enhance the heat insulation.

Further, an upper reinforcing metal fitting 33 is attached to the upper collar 23 of the lower shoji 4 between the glazing channel 32 holding the triple glass 27 and the handle part 30 to cover the glazing channel 32. The upper reinforcing bracket 33 is made of, for example, steel, and is formed in, for example, a step shape from one end on the indoor side to the other end on the outdoor side. The one end on the indoor side covers the glazing channel 32 and The other end on the outdoor side is fitted into the recess, and is fixed by being fitted into the recess of the metal upper bar 34.

3, the glazing channel 32 holding the triple glass 27 is covered with a lower reinforcing bracket 36, and a resin lower rod 37 is attached to the lower side thereof. The lower reinforcing bracket 36 is made of, for example, steel, and is formed in, for example, a step shape from one end on the indoor side to the other end on the outdoor side. The one end on the indoor side covers the glazing channel 32 and the resin lower rod 37 The other end on the outdoor side is fitted into the recess, and is fixed to the recess of the metal lower arm 38.
The lower reinforcing bracket 36 is formed substantially symmetrically with the upper reinforcing bracket 33 and has a configuration in which the triple glass 27 is sandwiched up and down via the glazing channel 32. Moreover, the handle 30 and the resin lower rod 37 are installed on the upper rod 23 and the lower rod 24, respectively, and the upper and lower metal rods 34 and 38 are moved to the outdoor side to improve the heat insulation. The strength reduction is reinforced by both reinforcing metal fittings 33 and 36.

Further, a resin lower rod 37 provided on the lower shoji 4 extends from the lower part of the glazing channel 32 to the indoor side so as to cover the lower reinforcing bracket 36, and a handle piece 37a protrudes as a protruding portion at the indoor side end. . Under the glazing channel 32, a metal lower bar 38 that engages with the resin lower bar 37 extends to the outdoor side and engages with the other end of the lower reinforcing bracket 36, and the support member 13 is engaged thereunder. Yes. The support member 13 is fixed to the lower reinforcing bracket 36 with screws.

Further, a space 42 is formed between the lower arm 24 of the lower shoji 4 and the lower frame 7 to allow the lower shoji 4 and the support member 13 to rotate, tilt, and move up and down. 42 has an opening 42 a on the indoor side along the inclined groove 15 a of the guide groove 15. And the pulling piece 37a of the resin lower rod 37 protrudes into the opening 42a to narrow the opening.
Further, a metal lower frame 44 made of, for example, aluminum is formed on the lower frame 7 that forms the opening 42a, and the metal lower collar of the lower shoji 4 in a closed state is attached to the packing 45 fixed to the outdoor side end of the metal lower frame 44. 38 is in contact and sealed.

3 and 4, the lower shoji 4 can move up and down along the guide groove 15 while holding the support member 13 in the guide groove 15, and when the support member 13 moves to the linear groove 15b, It can be moved up and down substantially in parallel, and comes into contact with the stopper 47 in the fully open position.
In FIG. 4, a resin vertical gutter 50 is connected to a vertical gutter 25 and 26 of the lower shoji 4 to a metal vertical gutter 49 that covers the glazing channel 32. For example, a sealing material 51 such as mohair is attached to the vertical frames 8 and 9 of each resin vertical rod 50 in the vertical direction.
A vertical resin frame 53 is connected to the inside of the metal vertical frame 52 to the vertical frames 8 and 9 facing the vertical rods 25 and 26. The resin vertical frame 53 has a hollow section 53a having a cylindrical cross section in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, respectively. A plurality are formed. The packing 46 fixed to the outdoor side of each metal vertical frame 52 is in contact with a metal vertical rod 49 of the lower shoji 4 in the closed position and hermetically sealed.

FIG. 5 shows one of the left and right locking devices 55 provided on the lower shoji 4 as a representative. The locking device 55 provided on each of the left and right side portions of the upper arm 23 of the lower shoji 4 includes, for example, a metal latch member 57 and a locking member 58 formed on the main body portion 56 of the upper arm 23 in the recessed grooves of the vertical frames 8 and 9. It is arranged so as to be able to advance and retreat in 60 directions. In this specification, the direction in which the latch member 57 and the lock member 58 advance into the concave groove 60 is defined as forward or forward, and the direction in which the latch member 57 or the lock member 58 retracts in the opposite direction is defined as backward or backward.
The latch members 57 are provided on both side portions of the lower shoji 4 in the direction in which the upper collar 23 is found (width direction), and are urged forward (outside) by the elasticity of a coil spring 66 described later and project. Then, the lower shoji 4 is tilted indoors by the handle portion 30 so that the latch member 57 can be fitted into the linear groove 15 b of the guide groove 15.
When the lower shoji 4 is opened and closed, the guide groove 15 into which the latch member 57 and the support member 13 are fitted can be moved up and down. Further, in the cleaning state of the raising / lowering window 1, the latch member 57 comes off the guide groove 15 and is further inclined and held indoors.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 8, each latch member 57 includes a long plate-shaped latch mandrel 61 and a substantially long plate-shaped latch plate 62 integrally formed thereon. A widened latch portion 62 a that can be engaged and disengaged with the concave groove 60 and the guide groove 15 is formed on the front end side (front side) of the latch plate 62. In FIG. 5, the front end surface of the latch portion 62a is formed of a central flat portion 62b that protrudes most, a curved surface portion 62c that forms an arcuate convex curved surface on both sides and widens outward, and ends 62d on both sides. Has been.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the curvature radius of the curved surface portion 62c is set to, for example, 7 mm or more larger than that of the conventional technology, and the roundness is greatly and smoothly formed. Thereby, when the latch part 62a engages / disengages with the concave groove 60 or the guide groove 15, the movement is smooth, and the collision sound caused by the collision with the frame parts of the vertical frames 8 and 9 can be reduced.
In FIG. 8, an upper long groove 62 e is formed on the back side of the latch plate 62 of the latch member 57, and a middle long groove 61 a penetrating vertically is formed in the latch cored bar 61 locked inside the latch plate 62. A protrusion 61c is formed on the front end surface 61b of the middle long groove 61a of the latch core 61 of the latch member 57, and an opening is formed in the latch plate 62 and the latch core 61 at the rear end.

On the other hand, on the upper surface of the body portion 56 that slidably supports the latch member 57, a pair of latch receiving portions 64 having a substantially U-shaped cross section that slidably holds both side portions of the latch metal core 61 are provided. It is formed (see FIGS. 6 and 7). A latch portion 62 a of the latch plate 62 protrudes toward the concave groove 60 at the distal end side of the latch receiving portion 64. Between the latch receiving portions 64, a lower long groove 56 a is formed facing the upper long groove 62 e of the latch plate 62 and the middle long groove 61 a of the latch core 61, and a coil spring 66 that constitutes an elastic member is disposed therebetween. . A rear end face 56b is formed at the rear end of the lower long groove 56a.
Therefore, the coil spring 66 is disposed between the upper long groove 62e, the middle long groove 61a, and the lower long groove 56a. One end of the coil spring 66 is fixed to the rear end surface 56 b of the lower long groove 56 a formed in the main body 56, and the other end is locked to a protruding piece 61 c formed in the latch core 61. As a result, the latch member 57 is advanced in the direction of the concave groove 60 and the guide groove 15 of the vertical frames 8 and 9 by the urging force of the coil spring 66 so that the latch portion 62a can be engaged and disengaged.

Further, on the back surface of the latch plate 62 shown in FIG. 8, a pair of projecting portions 67 that are bent or curved in a substantially claw shape project on both sides of the rear end portion opposite to the front end surface 61b of the upper long groove 61e. The convex portion 67 has elasticity. As a result, the latch core 61 of the latch member 57 contacts the upper inner surface of the latch receiving portion 64, and the slight gap t of play in the prior art is eliminated. Therefore, when the latch member 57 is engaged with or disengaged from the concave groove 60 or the guide groove 15 of the vertical frames 8 and 9, the latch member 57 does not collide with the latch receiving portion 64 due to play and no abnormal noise is generated.
As shown in FIG. 8, instead of the protrusions 67 provided on the latch plate 62, the protrusions 67 may be provided on both sides of the lower long groove 56 a in the main body 56. Also by this, the latch member 57 can be brought into contact with the upper inner surface of the latch receiving portion 64.

5, 6, and 7, a rod-like lock member 58 is slidably attached below the latch member 57. As shown in FIG. 6, the lock member 58 is formed by bending a plate-shaped steel material so as to form a substantially U-shaped cross section by pressing using a die or the like, and opens to the lower surface of the main body portion 56. Is partially inserted into an insertion groove 69 having a substantially L-shaped cross section.
The locking member 58 according to the present embodiment has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional shape generally composed of a short piece portion 58a, a bottom portion 58b, and a long piece portion 58c protruding outside the main body portion 56, and both side portions of the short piece portion 58a. And a part of both side surfaces of the bottom portion 58b are in contact with the insertion groove 69. And in the point which the end surface part of the short piece part 58a is not contacting the innermost part 69a of the insertion groove 69, and the end surface part of the long piece part 58c is not contact | abutting to the buttocks part of the lower shoji 4, it is the above-mentioned prior art. It is different. As a result, the lock member 58 can be slid more smoothly than in the prior art.

Further, the lock member 58 is connected to an operation portion 71 provided on the indoor side of the upper collar 23 of the lower shoji 4, and can be moved forward and backward in the concave groove 60 by the advancement and retraction of the operation portion 71 so that it can be engaged and disengaged. For example, a substantially hook-shaped lock receiving portion 70 is formed in the concave groove 60 of the vertical frames 8 and 9, and is engaged by the side surface 58 d of the bottom 58 b of the lock member 58 that has advanced into the concave groove 60 and the hook-shaped tip portion. At the same time, the shoji 4 is locked (locked) in the closed state. In the locked state, the lock receiving portion 70 elastically presses the side surface 58d by coming into contact with the side surface 58d of the lock member 58 at the hook-shaped tip.
When the locking member 58 is removed from the concave groove 60, the locking member 58 is released from the lock receiving portion 70 to be in an unlocked (unlocked) state, and the latch portion 62a of the latch member 57 is engaged with the guide groove 15 by tilting the lower shoji 4. It becomes possible.

Next, the shape of the front end surface of the lock member 58 will be described with reference to FIGS.
As described above, the lock member 58 is formed by bending a plate-shaped steel material into a substantially U-shaped cross section to increase the strength, and the front end portion is a central convex portion 72a and one end portion thereof in plan view. And an end convex curved portion 72b formed on the bottom 58b. In particular, the end convex portion 72b on which the lock receiving portion 70 of the concave groove 60 is slidable is formed by a plate thickness portion of the bottom portion 58b, and this end convex portion is formed by pressing with a mold. 72b was formed in a circular arc shape in cross section.
As a result, a corner portion is not formed in the end convex curved portion 72b, but an arcuate curved surface is formed. Therefore, the end of the lock member 58 slides smoothly while rubbing the hook-shaped tip portion of the lock receiving portion 70 (the bottom portion 58b of the lock member 58). Can be engaged with the side surface 58d.
In FIG. 9A, a slit groove 59 that facilitates bending may be formed in each bent portion of the short piece portion 58a, the bottom portion 58b, and the long piece portion 58c at the distal end portion of the lock member 58.

The raising / lowering window 1 according to the present embodiment has the above-described configuration, and the operation thereof will be described next.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, when the lower shoji 4 is in a closed state, the upper shoji 3 and the lower shoji 4 are installed in the same plane in the frame 2 to maintain airtightness. Moreover, the locking members 58 of the respective locking devices 55 provided on both sides of the upper arm 23 of the lower shoji 4 advance into the recessed grooves 60 of the vertical frames 8 and 9 and engage with the substantially hook-shaped lock receiving portions 70 by the side surfaces 58d. And locked (locked). Further, the latch member 57 has the latch portion 62 a engaged with the concave groove 60 by the biasing force of the coil spring 66.
In order to open the lower shoji 4 from this state, the operation members 71 of the lock devices 55 provided on both sides of the upper collar 23 are slid to remove the lock members 58 from the concave grooves 60 of the vertical frames 8 and 9. The operator holds the pulling portion 30 of the lower shoji 4 and pulls it indoors.

Then, the lower shoji 4 is detached from the concave groove 60 against the urging force of the coil spring 66 by pushing the vertical frames 8 and 9 in which the latch portion 62a of the latch member 57 partitions the concave groove 60, and the latch member 57 is latched by the latch receiving portion. Retreat along 64. Then, the lower shoji 4 is rotated to the prospective indoor side with the support member 13 at the lower end as a center, and the latch member 57 is moved forward by the urging force of the coil spring 66 at a position facing the linear groove 15 b of the guide groove 15. Engages with the groove 15b. In this state, as shown in FIG. 10, the lower shoji 4 is held in an inclined state and is in a half-open state.
Even if the latch part 62a of the latch member 57 rotates and engages / disengages from the vertical frames 8 and 9 partitioning the concave groove 60 and the guide groove 15 when the lower shoji 4 is tilted, the latch member 57 is latched by the projection 67. Since it is in contact with 64, there is no play and no mess and noise are generated. In addition, when the latch portion 62a is engaged with or disengaged from the concave groove 60 or the guide groove 15, the latch portion 62a has curved surfaces 62c having large roundness on both sides of the central flat portion 62b. When engaging and disengaging, it can move smoothly and get over, and collision noise can be reduced.

When the operator lifts the handle part 30 and the handle piece 37a by hand and raises the lower shoji 4 along the guide groove 15, the lower shoji 4 has the support member 13 fixed to the lower eyelid 24 and the latch member 57. Ascending along the inclined groove 15a and the linear groove 15b of the guide groove 15 reaches the fully open position held in parallel with the upper shoji 3 as shown in FIG.
The lower shoji 4 stops at an arbitrary opening position by the urging force of the winding spring in the balancer 11 that connects the upper ends of the wires 12 that pull up the support member 13.

Next, in order to close the lower shoji 4 in the fully opened state, the operator grasps the pulling portion 30 and the pulling piece 37a from the position where the lower shoji 4 is held in parallel with the upper shoji 3 by the linear groove 15b of the guide groove 15. Then, the lower shoji 4 is lowered along the guide groove 15.
Then, the lower shoji 4 reaches a half-open state in which the support member 13 reaches the lower end of the inclined groove 15a and is inclined. Next, the latch member 57 is moved backward from the guide groove 15 against the biasing force of the coil spring 66 by rotating the lower shoji 4 toward the prospective outdoor side, that is, the upper shoji 3 with the support member 13 as a fulcrum. The latch portion 62a of the latch member 57 is engaged with the concave groove 60 of the vertical frames 8 and 9 provided on the outdoor side by the biasing force of the coil spring 66.

Then, the operating portion 71 is slid to advance the lock member 58 and enter the recessed groove 60. Then, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 9B, the central convex portion 72a at the tip of the lock member 58 gets over the hook-shaped lock receiving portion 70 in the concave groove 60 while being deformed. Next, the lock receiving portion 70 comes into contact with the end convex curved portion 72b of the lock member 58. However, since the end convex curved portion 72b is also formed in a convex curved surface shape, a click feeling is not obtained. And the end convex curve part 72b of the locking member 58 locks in the state which presses the packings 45 and 46 provided in the lower frame 7 and the vertical frames 8 and 9 with the lower collar 24 and the vertical collars 25 and 26 of the lower shoji 4 The receiving portion 70 is elastically deformed and gets over and is brought into contact with the side surface 58d to enter an airtight lock (locked) state.
Thus, the lower shoji 4 reaches the closed position where it overlaps with the upper shoji 3 shown in FIG.

As described above, according to the raising / lowering window 1 according to the present embodiment, the latch member 57 is pressed against the latch receiving portion 64 by the protrusion 67 so as to be slidable and free of play. The latch member 57 does not make any noise when it rotates between the positions. Moreover, when the latch portion 62a moves between the concave groove 60 and the guide groove 15, the latch portion 62a has curved surface portions 62c having large radii on both sides of the central plane portion 62b. When the 15 is engaged and disengaged, it can move smoothly and get over, and the collision noise can be reduced. Therefore, the operability of the lower shoji 4 is improved.
Further, since the lock member 58 has a central convex part 72a and a thick end convex part 72b at the front end surface, when the hook-shaped lock receiving part 70 is elastically deformed and climbed over, the lower frame 7, the vertical frame The packings 45 and 46 provided on the eighth and ninth sides can be smoothly moved to the locked position in a compressed state. In addition, when the lock member 58 gets over the lock receiving portion 70, there is no click feeling between the central convex portion 72 a and the end convex portion 72 b, so that the seal 45 presses the packings 45, 46. Can be locked in the closed position.

In addition, the raising / lowering window 1 by this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A suitable change, substitution, etc. are possible in the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, when the lock member 58 gets over the lock receiving portion 70, as shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b), the two-step curved surface including the central convex portion 72a and the end convex portion 72b. However, the present invention is not limited to such a configuration.
For example, as shown in FIG. In this case, by pressing with a single mold, the thick portion bottom 58b can also form a substantially arc-shaped convex curved portion 74 integrally with the short piece 58a and the long piece 58c. In this case, since the operator does not feel the click feeling due to the step more reliably during the locking process, the locking operation can be performed more smoothly and reliably.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the protrusion 67 is provided on the back surface of the slidable latch member 57 so that the latch member 57 is brought into contact with the latch receiving portion 64 to eliminate play, but the present invention has this configuration. It is not limited. For example, instead of the protrusions 67 provided on the latch plate 62 of the latch member 57 as described above, the protrusions 67 may be provided on both sides of the lower long groove 56 a in the main body 56. Further, the protrusion 67 may be provided on the latch metal core 61, or the protrusion 67 is provided on either one of the upper and lower surfaces of the latch receiving part 64 to attach the latch member 57 to one or the other of the latch receiving parts 64. The surface may be pressed.
The protrusion 67 may be formed of either metal or resin.

Moreover, although the raising / lowering window 1 as a fitting by this invention made the upper shoji 3 in the frame 2 the fixed shoji and the lower shoji 4 the movable shoji, conversely to this, together with the frame 2, the fixed shoji was placed on the lower side. Alternatively, the movable shoji may be arranged on the upper side and the up-down direction may be reversed, or the fixed shoddle and the movable shoji may be arranged in the lateral direction.
Further, the joinery of the present invention is not limited to the raising and lowering window 1 but can be applied to various windows and doors provided with the latch member 57 and the lock member 58 and the like.
