Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a device for keeping the air tightness of a door and window, in particular to a device for keeping the air tightness of a hidden stile of a door and window, which is arranged on the hidden stile where window sashes meet, so that the air tightness of the hidden stile can be effectively kept.
Background
In general, in order to isolate the interior and exterior of a building, a sliding door or window (Double sliding window) is installed in an opening such as a window or an entrance, and serves to isolate or open the interior and exterior.
As a prior art of such a sliding door and window, korean patent No. 10-1308360 was previously filed.
A Sliding door in which a pair of sashes overlap each other is called a hidden stile, and the hidden stile may be substantially composed of a sash (Sliding Frame) and a cover (Middle Closing) for trimming an end of the sash, and the cover may be provided with mohair for covering airtightness of the stile.
Fig. 1 is a top sectional view showing a hidden stile structure of a conventional sliding door and window, and the hidden stile structure will be described in detail as follows with reference to fig. 1.
That is, at least one pair of sashes 10 of the sliding door and window are overlapped in the frame in a structure of sliding open and close left and right.
At this time, the remaining three sides of the window sash 10 except the middle hidden stile M portion use spacers or mohair, so that an airtight line is formed in a gap between the window sash 10 and the window frame when the window sash is closed.
In contrast, the hidden stile M where the pair of sashes 10 overlap has a structure that is weak in basic air-tightness performance according to the structural characteristics of opening and closing of the sashes 10, and therefore, the mohair 30 is provided inside the cover 20 of the hidden stile M.
On the other hand, the window sash 10 made of PVC material and the cover 20 constituting the hidden stile M are bent (bending) due to the physical properties of the materials, and such bending occurs particularly in the middle of the hidden stile M.
The mohair 30 located on the cover 20 can usually fill up a 3mm gap to maintain airtightness, and considering the interference amount of 1.5-2 mm with the window sash 10, it can effectively cope with the change of about 1.5mm between the window sash 10 and the hidden stile M.
However, the large-sized window and door may be largely bent about 3.0 to 3.5mm in the middle portion, which is beyond a range of 1.5mm that the mohair 30 can cope with, and thus, it is difficult to maintain airtightness.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of the preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
This is for the purpose of detailed description so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the contents of the present invention, and the technical spirit and scope of the present invention are not limited thereto.
In addition, it should be noted that, when a plurality of constituent elements in each drawing are denoted by reference numerals, terms which are specifically defined in consideration of the configuration and action of the present invention may be changed according to the intention of a user or an operator or a convention for the same constituent element even though the same reference numeral is denoted as much as possible in different drawings, and the definition of the terms should be determined based on the content of the entire application.
First, the structure of the hidden stile airtight maintaining device of the door and window of the present invention can be roughly divided into a hook member provided to a sash at one side constituting the door and window and a latch member provided to a sash at the other side, which will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the hook member 120, which is one of the components constituting the airtightness maintaining apparatus, may be provided on one of the sashes of the door and window, preferably, the first sash 100, which may be an indoor side sash, and may be provided on the outer surface of the first cover 110, which is finished on one side of the first sash 100.
As a specific example, as shown in fig. 5, the hook member 120 may include: a main body 121 in a quadrangular case shape; a movable member 122 provided so as to protrude from one side of the main body 121; and a positioning pin 123 provided at the front end of the movable member 122.
A plurality of fastening holes 121a are formed through an outer surface of the body 121 facing the window frame, and in a state where an inner surface of the body 121 is in close contact with an outer surface of the first cover 110, screws 121b are fastened to the outer surface of the first cover 110 through the fastening holes 121a, thereby fixing the body 121 to the first cover 110.
The fastening hole 121a formed in the outer surface of the body 121 is preferably in the form of a long hole, so that the installation position of the body 121 fixed to the first cover 110 can be adjusted as necessary within the range of the long hole.
At the outer surface of the body 121, the fastening hole 121a and the screw 121b are exposed to the outside, which may result in a reduction in aesthetic appearance, and the release of the screw 121b may unnecessarily occur, and therefore, a cover 121c for preventing these problems may be provided.
The cover 121c may be formed to trim only the outer surface of the body 121, or may be formed to trim the entire outer surface, front surface, rear surface, upper surface, and lower surface of the body 121 except for the inner surface.
As another embodiment, a buffer member of a predetermined size may be provided at an inner surface of the cover 121c contacting an outer surface of the body 121, or the cover 121c may be entirely made of a buffer material, so that even if the body 121 contacts a window frame during opening of the first window sash 100, a phenomenon in which the body 121 is damaged or noise is generated does not occur.
The locking pieces 124 may be formed at both sides of the rear end of the inner surface of the body 121 so that the body 121 can be accurately positioned when the first cover 110 is installed at the body 121, and thus the body 121 can be accurately positioned at the first cover 110 by locking the locking pieces 124 at the rear end of the outer surface of the first cover 110, thereby facilitating the work.
A movable piece 122 is provided on the rear surface of the main body 121 facing the outdoor side, the lower end of the movable piece 122 is housed in the main body 121, only a part of the upper end of the movable piece 122 is projected to the outside of the main body 121, a positioning pin 123 penetrating the upper and lower surfaces and having both ends projected by a predetermined length from the upper and lower surfaces of the movable piece 122 is provided on the upper end of the movable piece 122, and the positioning pin 123 is coupled to a latch member 220 described later.
In order to reduce friction with the locking member 220 and to smoothly contact with the locking member, the positioning pin 123 may be in the form of a rod or a roller rotatably disposed on the movable member 122.
It is preferable that the movable element 122 provided in the main body 121 is capable of being lifted and lowered, and as shown in fig. 9a to 9c, when the upper end of the movable element 122 protruding from the main body 121 hits the glass fixing stand 230 on the side opposite to the second window sash 200 when the first window sash 100 or the second window sash 200 is opened, the movable element 122 is lowered, thereby preventing the upper end of the movable element 122 from hitting the glass fixing stand 230 on the side opposite to the second window sash 200 and being damaged, the second window sash 200 from being deformed, the glass window of the second window sash 200 from being damaged, and the like during the movement of the first window sash 100 or the second window sash 200.
As an example of raising and lowering the movable element 122 from the main body 121, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, a mounting groove 121d recessed inward by a predetermined depth is formed in a rear surface of the main body 121 facing the second window sash 200, and a lower end of the movable element 122 is inserted into the mounting groove 121d together with the elastic member 125, so that when an external force is applied to an upper end of the movable element 122, the movable element 122 is lowered and compresses the elastic member, and when the external force applied to the upper end of the movable element 122 is released, the lowered movable element 122 is restored by a restoring force of the elastic member 125.
The one side surface of the upper end of the movable element 122, which is first in contact with the opposite-side glass holder 230 of the second window sash 200, may be formed as an inclined surface 122a so that the movable element 122 is induced to naturally descend by the opposite-side glass holder 230, and at this time, the inclined surface 122a of the movable element 122 may be linear or arcuate.
The height at which the upper end of the movable member 122 protrudes from the main body 121 is also adjustable.
That is, as the positioning pin 123 provided in the movable element 122 is locked and fixed to the locking member 220 described later, the distance between the inner surfaces of the first sash 100 and the second sash 200 constituting the hidden stile M is reduced, and at this time, the close contact degree of the hidden stile M can be adjusted in consideration of the tolerance between the members, the tolerance of the door and the window, the deformation, and the like while adjusting the projection height of the movable element 122.
As an example for adjusting the height of the upper end of the movable member 122, as shown in fig. 8, a hole may be formed in the front surface of the body 121, and a height adjusting member 126 may be provided in the hole, and a knob 126a located at one side of the height adjusting member 126 may be located outside the front surface of the body 121, and a fastening portion 126b located at the other side of the height adjusting member 126 may be fastened to a screw hole 122b of the lower end of the movable member 122 inserted in the mounting groove 121d, so that the height adjusting member 126 is rotated in a forward direction or in a reverse direction by rotation of the knob 126a to raise or lower the movable member 122 fastened to the fastening portion 126b of the height adjusting member 126, and thus, the protruding height of the movable member 122 may be easily adjusted.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the locking member 220, which is another component constituting the airtight maintaining apparatus, may be provided on the other side sash of the door window, preferably, the second sash 200, which may be an outdoor side sash, and may be provided on the glass fixing stand 210 of the second sash 200 facing the first cover 110 of the first sash 100.
As a specific example, as shown in fig. 5, the locking member 220 includes a body 221, the body 221 is provided on a protruding outer surface of the glass fixing stage 210, and screw holes 223 are provided on opposite sides of the body 221, respectively, so that the body 221 can be fixed to the glass fixing stage 210 by passing screws through the screw holes 223.
The body 221 is formed with a slot portion 222 at a center portion of a front surface to insert the aforementioned positioning pin 123 of the hook member 120, an inner surface of one side of the slot portion 222 facing the hook member 120 is formed with an inclined boss which forms an inclined portion 222a starting from an entrance of the slot portion 222 toward an inside and a seating portion 222b continuously and horizontally at a distal end of the inclined portion 222a, and a cut portion 222c is formed at a middle of the inclined boss from the entrance of the slot portion 222 toward the inside to enable insertion of an upper end of the movable element 122 of the hook member 120, so that a pair of inclined bosses consisting of the inclined portion 222a and the seating portion 222b are formed at both sides opposite to each other centering on the cut portion 222 c.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 7a, when the first and second sashes 100 and 200 of the window and door are closed from an opened state, the locker member 220 of the first sash 100 and the hook member 120 of the second sash 200 are coupled to each other, as shown in fig. 7b, as the upper end of the movable piece 122 of the hook member 120 moves along the cut-out portion 222c of the slot portion 222, both sides of the positioning pin 123 provided to the movable piece 122 move along the inclined portion 222a of the slot portion 222, and then, as shown in fig. 7c, move horizontally on the seating portion 222 b.
That is, as shown in fig. 7a, the inner surfaces of the first and second sashes 100 and 200 are maintained at a predetermined interval t1 before the locker member 220 is coupled with the hook member 120, and then, when the locker member 220 is coupled with the hook member 120, as shown in fig. 7b, the guide pin 123 ascends along the inclined portion 222a, as shown in fig. 7c, and the inner surfaces of the first and second sashes 100 and 200 are closely adhered at a predetermined interval t2 during the process of seating the guide pin 123 in the seating portion 222b to maintain airtightness.
The operation of the thus constructed airtight maintaining apparatus for a hidden stile of the present invention is as follows.
That is, as shown in fig. 4, in a state where the hook member 120 is provided to the first window sash 100 and the locker member 220 is provided to the second window sash 200, as shown in fig. 3, when the first window sash 100 and the second window sash 200 are stacked to constitute the hidden stile M, the hook member 120 and the locker member 220 are coupled to each other, as shown in fig. 7b and 7c, both ends of the positioning pin 123 provided to the movable member 122 move along the both side inclined portions 222a of the slot portion 222 while the upper end of the movable member 122 formed at the main body 121 of the hook member 120 moves toward the cut-out portion 222c of the locker member 220 on the middle side of the slot portion 222, and then move to the seating portion 222b, so that the inner surface of the first window sash 100 facing the hidden stile M and the inner surface of the second window sash 200 are more closely attached, thereby firmly maintaining airtightness.
On the other hand, due to assembly tolerances between the hook member 120 and the latch member 220, or bending of the first sash 100 or the second sash 200, the position of the positioning pin 123 of the movable member 122 may be relatively lower than the starting point of the inclined portion 222a of the slot portion 222, and thus it may be difficult to move along the inclined portion 222a, or the position of the positioning pin 123 may be relatively higher than the ending point of the inclined portion 222a, and thus it may be impossible to closely contact the inner surfaces of the first sash 100 and the second sash 200.
At this time, as shown in fig. 8, the knob 126a of the height adjusting member 126 may be rotated in a forward direction or a reverse direction, so that the movable member 122 fastened to the fastening portion 126b of the height adjusting member 126 is lifted and lowered along with the rotation of the height adjusting member 126 to adjust the position of the positioning pin 123 of the movable member 122, and thus, the positioning pin 123 may be properly moved along the inclined portion 222a by adjusting the position of the positioning pin 123, so that the inner surfaces of the first window sash 100 and the second window sash 200 are effectively attached while being moved to the seating portion 222 b.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7c, when the first and second sashes 100 and 200 are closed in the window frame, the movable piece 122 of the hook member 120 provided at the first cover 110 of the first sash 100 is inserted into the insertion groove portion 222 of the latch member 220 provided at the glass fixing stage 210 of the second sash 200 on the occultation stile M of the first and second sashes 100 and 200, so that the inner surfaces of the first and second sashes 100 and 200 constituting the occultation stile M are closely attached to each other to maintain airtightness, and at this time, as shown in fig. 9a, when the door and window are opened due to the first and second sashes 100 and 200 being opened, the upper end of the movable piece 122 of the hook member 120 provided at the first cover 110 of the first sash 100 moves along the line direction of the glass fixing stage 210 of the second sash 200 and then comes into contact with the opposite side glass fixing stage 230.
At this time, as shown in fig. 9b and 9c, as the inclined surface 122a of the upper end of the movable piece 122 contacts the opposite-side glass fixing table 230, the upper end of the movable piece 122 is lowered into the mounting groove 121d and the upper end of the movable piece 122 moves along the surface of the second window sash 200, so that damage to the movable piece 122, deformation of the second window sash 200, glass damage, and the like can be prevented.
As described above, in the detailed description of the present invention, the specific embodiments may be modified. Accordingly, the scope of the disclosure is not to be limited to the described embodiments, but is to be determined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
