Claims (4)
- 走行する線材の入口部と出口部を備え、粉末潤滑剤を収容する粉末潤滑剤収容容器と、粉末潤滑剤収容容器の線材の入口部に線材を供給する線材供給装置と、粉末潤滑剤収容容器内に収容された粉末潤滑剤中を通過し、粉末潤滑剤収容容器の線材の出口部から引出された線材を巻き取る線材巻取り装置とを備える線材表面への粉末潤滑剤塗布装置において、粉末潤滑剤収容容器の線材の出口部の近傍に、コロナ放電電極を設置し、コロナ放電電極にコロナ放電電圧を印加し、粉末潤滑剤収容容器の出口部からこぼれ出した粉末潤滑剤をコロナ放電による静電気力によって線材表面に付着させることを特徴とする線材表面への粉末潤滑剤塗布装置。
- 粉末潤滑剤収容容器の出口部に、線材が通過する非導電性のカバーを設け、このカバーにコロナ放電電極を設置し、カバー内にこぼれ出した粉末潤滑剤をコロナ放電による静電気力によって線材表面に付着させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の線材表面への粉末潤滑剤塗布装置。
- 粉末潤滑剤収容容器の出口部の下方に、こぼれ出した粉末潤滑剤を回収するホッパーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の線材表面への粉末潤滑剤塗布装置。
- 粉末潤滑剤収容容器の出口部の近傍に、粉末潤滑剤収容容器の出口部からこぼれ出す粉末潤滑剤の量を調節する調整板を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の線材表面への粉末潤滑剤塗布装置。
