Claims (20)
- 有機ランキンサイクルのプラントの作動流体からオイルを分離及び除去するためのデバイスであって、前記プラントが、少なくとも1つの供給ポンプ(6)と、少なくとも1つの熱交換器(1,16)と、膨張タービン(5)と、凝縮器(4)とを備え、
前記デバイスが、前記有機ランキンサイクルのプラントの蒸発器(1)と前記凝縮器(4)との間に配設されるか又は前記有機ランキンサイクルのプラントの蒸発器(1)と再生器(16)との間に配設される、分離器(2)及び収集手段(3)を備えることを特徴とするデバイス。 - 有機流体の気相が存在する前記蒸発器(1)の部分(1’)と凝縮器(4)の入口との間にバイパスライン(7)をさらに備え、前記分離器(2)及び前記収集手段(3)が、前記バイパスライン(7)に沿って配設され、前記分離器(2)が、サイクロン(19)であるとともに、その端部において合体フィルタ(20)を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記バイパスラインが、前記プラントから前記バイパスライン(7)を切り離すための、前記蒸発器(1)の下流にある第1のバルブ(8)と前記凝縮器(4)の上流にある第2のバルブ(9)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 全プラント流量の1/10000〜1/1000の範囲で前記第1のバルブ(8)によってバイパス流量が連続的に制御されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記バイパスラインでの圧力が、前記第2のバルブ(9)の調節によって決定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- バイパス流量が、較正された穴ディスクによって決定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- バイパス流量が、毛細管によって決定されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 収集手段(3)が排出することを必要とするとき、タンク(11)から来る、加圧されたエアあるいは窒素の注入を可能にするために、収集手段(3)の上流に配設された第3のバルブ(10)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 収集手段(3)を排出させる間に前記分離器が作動し続けるように収集手段(3)を切り離すために、分離器(2)及び収集手段(3)の間に配設された第4のバルブ(15)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項3又は8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記収集手段(3)が、締結手段によって前記蒸発器(1)のヘッドに後付けとして組み付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 収集流体温度の容易な制御を可能にするように、前記収集手段(3)が、前記蒸発器(1)のヘッド上に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記収集手段(3)が、分離したデバイスであり、自律的に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記分離器(2)が、分留に基づいており、有機流体の液相が存在する前記蒸発器の一部(1’’)から混合物を受け取ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のデバイスによって有機ランキンサイクルのプラントの作動流体からオイルを分離及び除去するための方法であって、当該方法が、
分離器(2)において、オイル及び作動流体を注入するステップと、
分離器(2)において作動流体からオイルを分離するステップと、
収集手段(3)の内部にオイルを運ぶステップと、
収集手段(3)を排出するステップとを備える方法。 - 気相にある流体からオイルを分離する前記ステップが、遠心又は慣性の効果によって前記分離器(2)において行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 分離のフェーズの終わりに、前記分離器(2)の出口で合体フィルタ(20)によってオイル小滴を合体させる合体のフェーズをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 液相にある流体からオイルを分離する前記ステップが、分留によって前記分離器(2)において行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 第1のバルブ(8)及び第2のバルブ(9)を閉じるとともに、収集手段(3)の排液路(14)に配設されたさらなるバルブ(13)を開けることによりバイパスライン(7)を切り離すと、収集手段(3)の前記排出のフェーズが行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記分離器が作動し続けるように前記プラントを切り離すバルブ(15)を閉じるとともに、収集手段(3)の排液路(14)に配置したバルブ(13)を開けることにより、収集手段(3)の前記排出のフェーズが起こることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 収集手段(3)の前記排液路(14)の方にオイルを押圧する、加圧されたエアあるいは窒素の注入を可能にするためにバルブ(10)を開くことにより、収集手段(3)の前記排出のフェーズが起こることを特徴とする、請求項18又は19に記載の方法。
