Claims (26)
- 特に寛骨臼カップを埋込むための医療器具(14)であって、
成形体(18;18’;18”)を備えた医療用整列器(16)を含み、
前記成形体(18;18’;18”)が、該成形体(18;18’;18”)から離れる方を向くと共に球面区域から逸脱する患者固有の骨当接面(54;54’)を有し、
前記骨当接面が、患者の骨表面に対応するように成形される、
医療器具において、
前記成形体(18;18’;18”)が、目視高さを備えた少なくとも1つの目視縁部(60、62、64;60’、62’;108)を有すること、
前記目視縁部(60、62、64;60’、62’;108)が、前記患者固有の骨当接面(54;54’)に隣接すること、及び
前記目視縁部(60、62、64;60’、62’;108)と前記患者固有の骨当接面(54;54’)の間の移行部が、接線方向に不連続であること、
を特徴とする医療器具。 - 請求項1に記載の医療器具であって、前記少なくとも1つの目視縁部(60、62、64;60’、62’;108)が、少なくとも前記成形体(18;18’;18”)の最小厚さに対応する幅又は高さを有すること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項2に記載の医療器具であって、前記少なくとも1つの目視縁部(60、62、64;60’、62’;108)が、最大で前記成形体(18;18’;18”)の最小厚さの3倍に対応する幅又は高さを有すること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、
前記少なくとも1つの目視縁部(60、62、64;60’、62’;108)が、平坦な又は略平坦な表面エリアを形成し、又は前記成形体(18;18’;18”)の凹部(112;112’;112”)の境界面を形成し、
前記凹部(112;112’;112”)が、前記骨当接面(54;54’)を少なくとも部分的に貫通すること、
を特徴とする医療器具。 - 請求項4に記載の医療器具であって、

を特徴とする医療器具。 - 請求項5又は6に記載の医療器具であって、前記貫通開口(100)がボアホール(104)の形態に構成されること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、2つ、3つ、4つ、又はそれ以上の凹部(112;112’;112”)を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記骨当接面(54;54’)が、患者の寛骨臼(12)の輪郭に少なくとも部分的に適合されること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記骨当接面(54;54’)が、少なくとも窩(56)の一部に及び/又は寛骨臼切痕(58)の一部に対応する輪郭を有すること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、少なくとも1つの取付要素受け(90)が、前記成形体(18;18”)上に配置又は形成されること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記成形体(18;18’;18”)が、皿形の構成であると共に、一定の又は略一定の厚さを有すること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記骨当接面(54;54’)及び/又は前記成形体が、モールディング又は3D印刷により製造されること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記成形体(18;18’;18”)の前記骨当接面(54;54’)が、非侵襲的に測定された患者の骨輪郭データ、特にX線又は磁気共鳴映像からの患者の骨輪郭データに対応する又は略対応する骨当接面輪郭データを規定すること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、握り要素(20)を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項15に記載の医療器具であって、前記握り要素(20)が、前記成形体(18;18’;18”)に解放可能に接続可能であるように構成されること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の医療器具であって、前記成形体(18;18’;18”)を前記握り要素(20)に一時的に連結するための連結装置(82)を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項17に記載の医療器具であって、
前記連結装置(82)が、少なくとも1つの第1連結要素(78)及び少なくとも1つの第2連結要素(80)を含むこと、及び
前記少なくとも1つの第1及び第2連結要素(78、80)が、互いに対応すると共に連結位置において係合状態にあり解放位置において係合解除状態にあるように構成されること、
を特徴とする医療器具。 - 請求項18に記載の医療器具であって、前記少なくとも1つの第1連結要素(78)が連結受け(74)の形態に構成され、前記少なくとも1つの第2連結要素(80)が連結突起(76)の形態に構成されること、を特徴とする医療器具。
- 請求項18又は19に記載の医療器具であって、前記少なくとも1つの第1連結要素(78)が雌ねじ区域(72)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの第2連結要素(80)が対応する雄ねじ区域(50)を有すること、を特徴とする医療器具。
