Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 吸入用溶液製剤であって、以下:
液相;
加水分解及び/又は加溶媒分解の影響を受ける官能基を有し、前記液相中に溶解されている、活性成分;及び
前記液相中に溶解されている、マグネシウム又はカルシウム塩
を含む、製剤。 - 前記官能基が、カルボン酸エステルである、請求項1に記載の製剤。
- 前記活性成分が、酸素原子が第四級窒素含有複素環に共有結合している、カルボン酸エステルを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の製剤。
- 前記活性成分の量が、前記製剤の全重量に基づいて、0.001〜0.4重量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記塩が、塩化マグネシウム、クエン酸マグネシウム、塩化カルシウム、及びクエン酸カルシウムから選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記塩の量が、前記製剤の全重量に基づいて、0.0001〜0.01重量%である、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、加圧式定量吸入器用であり、そして前記液相が、HFA噴射剤を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- 前記液相が、共溶媒をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の製剤。
- 前記共溶媒が、エタノールを含む、請求項8に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、臭化チオトロピウム、エタノール、グリセロール、水、クエン酸、塩化マグネシウム、及びHFA噴射剤を含む、請求項9に記載の製剤。
- 前記製剤が、ネブライザー用であり、そして前記液相が、水を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の製剤。
- キャニスタを含む定量吸入器であって、前記キャニスタが、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の製剤を含む、定量吸入器。
- 前記キャニスタが、アルミニウムからなり、そして内側面がコーティングされていない、請求項12に記載の定量吸入器。
- リザーバーを含むネブライザーであって、前記リザーバーが、請求項1〜6及び11のいずれか1項に記載の製剤を含む、ネブライザー。
- 加水分解及び/又は加溶媒分解の影響を受ける官能基を有する活性成分の安定化のための、吸入用溶液製剤におけるマグネシウム又はカルシウム塩の使用。
