Abstract
Description

本開示は、装着ブラケット組立体、及び関連するシステム、並びに方法に関する。
本開示の実施形態は、システムに作用するストレスの形における材料を有する適応性のある(flexible)本体、及び、PVモジュールと円形のあるいは他の中空形状のトーションビームとの間の強固な接続を単一のボルトで容易にする構造を備えた装着ブラケット組立体を提供することによって、既知の装着システム及び太陽追従具、並びに関連する部品の不具合を大いに緩和する。金属フレーム式のPVモジュールを固定し電気的に接地するように構成された一体的な(integral)接地装置がまた、装着ブラケット組立体に設けられてもよい。
ある接地とげ(barb)431(例えば第1及び第2のとげ431a、431b)が可撓性の本体12の頂部用材14に取り付けられている。突起部のある接地とげ431は、PVモジュール5を固定し接地するのに役立ち、かつ接地ワッシャーあるいは接地体の必要性を除去する。
Claims (20)
- 少なくとも一つの頂部用材、及び頂部用材に接続した柔軟で角度の付いた底部材を含む可撓性の本体であって、頂部用材と底部材との間にビーム挿通穴を有する本体と、
頂部用材に取り付けた少なくとも一つのクランプと、
を備えた装着ブラケット組立体。 - 少なくとも一つの頂部用材及び少なくとも一つのクランプを通り、頂部用材にクランプを固定するネジ棒と、
頂部用材へネジ棒を固定する締付けナットとをさらに備えた、請求項1に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。 - 頂部用材に隣接して配置した一体的な接地装置をさらに備え、この一体的な接地装置は、電気発生装置を電気的に接地するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 一体的な接地装置は、頂部用材の中間部分に配置した接地体であり、この接地体は、締付けナットの回転による頂部用材の圧縮にて移動し電気発生装置を接地する、請求項3に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 一体的な接地装置は、頂部用材の端部分に、あるいはその端部分の近くにある、位置決めピンを含む、請求項3に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 少なくとも一つのクランプは、頂部用材における角度の付いた端部に対応した、角度の付いた合わせ面を有し、このクランプは規定の合わせ角度で頂部用材と係合する、請求項1に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 頂部用材に関する少なくとも一つのクランプにおける規定の合わせ角度は、ビーム挿通穴を通るビームにおける装着ブラケット組立体の把持力を変更する角度である、請求項6に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 頂部用材に関する少なくとも一つのクランプにおける規定の合わせ角度は、電気発生装置における装着ブラケット組立体の締付力を変更する角度である、請求項7に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 頂部用材に関する少なくとも一つのクランプにおける規定の合わせ角度は、電気発生装置における装着ブラケット組立体の締付力を変更する角度である、請求項6に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 頂部用材に関する少なくとも一つのクランプにおける規定の合わせ角度は、ビーム挿通穴を通るビームにおける装着ブラケット組立体の把持力を変更する角度である、請求項9に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 電気発生装置は、光起電モジュールである、請求項3に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 締付けナットは、電気発生装置が規定レベルのトルクで少なくとも一つのクランプによって固定された状態にて離脱する分離部品である、請求項3に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 少なくとも一つの頂部用材、及び頂部用材に接続した柔軟で角度の付いた底部材を含む可撓性の本体であって、頂部用材と底部材との間にビーム挿通穴を有する本体と、
頂部用材に取り付けた少なくとも一つのクランプと、
少なくとも一つの頂部用材及び少なくとも一つのクランプを通り、頂部用材にクランプを固定するネジ棒と、
頂部用材へネジ棒を固定する締付けナットと、
を備えた装着ブラケット組立体。 - 締付けナットは、回転によってトーションビームに装着ブラケット組立体を固定するナットである、請求項13に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 少なくとも一つのクランプは、頂部用材における角度の付いた端部に対応した、角度の付いた合わせ面を有し、このクランプは規定の合わせ角度で頂部用材と係合する、請求項13に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 頂部用材に関する少なくとも一つのクランプにおける規定の合わせ角度は、ビーム挿通穴を通るビームにおける装着ブラケット組立体の把持力を変更する角度である、請求項15に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 頂部用材に関する少なくとも一つのクランプにおける規定の合わせ角度は、電気発生装置における装着ブラケット組立体の締付力を変更する角度である、請求項15に記載の装着ブラケット組立体。
- 少なくとも一つの支柱と、
支柱に接続されたトーションビームと、
トーションビームに取り付けた装着ラックと、
トーションビームに装着ラックを装着する装着ブラケット組立体と、
を備えた装着組立体であって、
上記装着ブラケット組立体は、
少なくとも一つの頂部用材、頂部用材に接続した柔軟で角度の付いた底部材を含み、かつ、頂部用材と底部材との間に、上記トーションビームが通るビーム挿通穴を有する、可撓性の本体と、
頂部用材に取り付けた少なくとも一つのクランプと、
少なくとも一つの頂部用材及び少なくとも一つのクランプを通り、頂部用材にクランプを固定するネジ棒と、
頂部用材へネジ棒を固定する締付けナットと、を含み、
ここで締付けナットは、回転によって、トーションビームに装着ブラケット組立体を固定するナットである、
装着組立体。 - トーションビームは、少なくとも部分的に曲面を有する、請求項18に記載の装着組立体。
- 装着ブラケット組立体は、さらに、頂部用材に隣接して配置された一体的な接地装置を含み、この一体的な接地装置は、光起電モジュールを電気的に接地するように構成されている、請求項18に記載の装着組立体。
