Abstract
Description
マチ部は、シースにより形成される。
マチ部にて、フレーム構造部は、マチ部が自由に変形できるように構成される。
シースは、フレーム構造部を少なくとも部分的に覆う。
シースおよびフレーム構造部は、重畳される。
シースは、フレーム構造部よりも短い。
フレーム構造部は、シースの近位端部に、「Z字」形状に配置されたおよび近位端部に向かう近位頂部を備える外周部金属ワイヤを備え、少なくとも1つのマチ部は、2つの連続近位頂部間に形成される。
マチ部は、プリーツの形態で折畳み配置にデフォルトで保持される。
プリーツは、取外し可能装着手段により保持される。
装着手段は、シースの外面上に配置される。
形成されたプリーツは、ステントの長手方向軸に沿って配向された主要構成要素を備える。
プリーツは、フレーム構造部の外周部上にマチ部を位置合わせする。
ステントは、シースの外周部上に複数のマチ部を備える。
マチ部は、「Z字」形状で構成されたフレーム構造部の外周部金属ワイヤの近位頂部間に形成される。
治療すべき大動脈に圧縮形態で主要ステントを挿入するステップと、
主要ステントを展開するステップと、
主要ステントに続く二次血管に側枝ステントを挿入するステップと、
二次血管内に部分的に、および主要ステントのマチ部の高さにて動脈内の主要ステントと部分的に平行に側枝ステントを位置決めするステップと、

Claims (13)
- 管状シース(2)と開口(19)を画成する管状フレーム構造部(3)とを備えるチムニー移植に適したステント(1)であって、
前記ステント(1)は、前記シース(2)の一方の端部に、前記開口(19)にくぼみを形成するために前記端部に向かって形成された少なくとも1つのマチ部(4)を備え、前記くぼみは、側枝ステント(10)とかみ合うように意図され、前記マチ部(4)は、プリーツ(15)の形態で折畳み配置にデフォルトで保持されることを特徴とする、ステント(1)。 - 前記マチ部(4)は、前記シース(2)により形成される、請求項1に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記マチ部(4)にて、前記フレーム構造部(3)は、前記マチ部(4)が自由に変形できるように構成される、請求項2に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記シース(2)は、前記フレーム構造部(3)を少なくとも部分的に覆う、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記フレーム構造部(3)は、前記シース(2)の近位端部に、「Z字」形状に配置されるとともに前記近位端部に向かう近位頂部(6a)を備える外周部金属ワイヤを備え、前記少なくとも1つのマチ部(4)は、2つの連続近位頂部(6a)間に形成されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記プリーツ(15)は、取外し可能装着手段(14)により保持される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記装着手段(14)は、前記シース(2)の外面上に配置される、請求項6に記載のステント(1)。
- 形成された前記プリーツ(15)は、前記ステント(1)の長手方向軸(23)に沿って配向された主要構成要素を備える、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記プリーツ(15)は、前記フレーム構造部(3)の外周部上に前記マチ部(4)を位置合わせする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- 前記シース(2)上に複数のマチ部(4)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のステント(1)。
- マチ部(4)が、「Z字」形状で前記フレーム構造部(3)の近位頂部(6a)間に形成されている、請求項5に従属する請求項10に記載のステント(1)。
- ヒトまたは動物の血管内で平行に組み立てられるように意図された主要ステント(1)と側枝ステント(10)とを備えるチムニー移植に適したステントシステムであって、
前記主要ステント(1)は、一方の端部に、前記主要ステント(1)の外面の一部分上に前記側枝ステント(10)を受けるくぼみを形成するように前記端部に向かって形成された少なくとも1つのマチ部(4)を備えることを特徴とする、ステントシステム。 - 前記マチ部(4)は、前記側枝ステントの直径と等しいか、優先的には前記直径の半分と等しい最大深さ(22)を有する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
