Abstract
Description

Claims (14)
- 医用注射デバイスのための駆動機構であって、
ねじ切りされた外側面(11)および非円形横断面(12)を有するピストンロッド(10)と、
前記ピストンロッド(10)の前記外側のねじ山(11)と嵌合する雌ねじ(41、141、241)を有する、または前記ピストンロッド(10)の前記非円形横断面(12)と嵌合する内部形状を有するナットアセンブリ(2、102、202)であって、前記ナットアセンブリ(2、102、202)と前記ピストンロッド(10)の間の相対的な回転が、前記ピストンロッドを軸方向に駆動する、ナットアセンブリ(2、102、202)とを備え、ここで、
前記ナットアセンブリ(2、102、202)が、第1の部分(30、130、230)および第2の部分(40、140、240)を備え、前記第1の部分(30、130、230)および前記第2の部分(40、140、240)がヒンジ接続により接続されて、前記第1の部分(30、130、230)および前記第2の部分(40、140、240)を互いに対してチルトさせることができる、駆動機構。 - 前記第1の部分(30、130、230)は、第1の中心軸(X)を有し、前記第2の部分(40、140、240)は、第2の中心軸(Y)を有し、また前記第1の部分(30、130、230)および前記第2の部分(40、140、240)は、前記第2の中心軸(Y)が前記第1の中心軸(X)に対して平行である第1の位置から、前記第2の中心軸(Y)および前記第1の中心軸(X)が平行ではない第2の位置へと、互いに対してチルト可能である、請求項1に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第1の部分(30、130、230)は、ハウジングに対して回転方向に、かつ軸方向にロックされる、請求項1または2に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第2の部分(40、140、240)は、前記第1の部分(30、130、230)に対して回転方向にロックされる、請求項3に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第2の部分(40、140、240)は、前記第1の部分(30、130、230)に対して軸方向に固定される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第2の部分(40、140、240)は、前記ピストンロッド(10)にねじ込まれる、または前記ピストンロッド(10)の前記非円形横断面に係合する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第2の部分(40)は、前記第1の部分(30)における同様の切欠き部(31)に係合するいくつかの突起部(42)を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第2の部分(40)は、第3の部分(50)に嵌合する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第3の部分(50)は、第4の部分(60)にヒンジ接続される、請求項8に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第4の部分(60)は、前記第1の部分(30)にヒンジ接続される、請求項9に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第3の部分(50)は、前記第4の部分(60)における同様の凹部(61)に係合するいくつかの突起部(52)を備える、請求項9または10に記載の駆動機構。
- 前記第4の部分(60)は、前記第1の部分(30)に設けられたカップ(32)に係合するいくつかのアーム(62)を有する、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の駆動機構を備える注射デバイス。
- 駆動要素は、前記ピストンロッド(10)に係合し、また前記ピストンロッド(10)は、前記駆動要素が回転すると遠位方向に駆動される、請求項13に記載の注射デバイス。
