Abstract
Description
セルの過充電の防止(任意の電圧がある閾値より高くなるとすぐに、BMSは充電器のスイッチをオフにする);
セルの平衡(任意のセルの電圧が充電器のスイッチオフ閾値未満のある閾値より高くなると、BMSは特別のエネルギー消費素子を介してセルからの過剰な電荷の使用を開始する)。
セルの平衡がもたらされるとき、それは等価となるセルの電圧か電荷を意味する。平衡を実行するための2つの方法がある:
受動的な平衡;
能動的な平衡。
充電モードを有効または無効とし、充電器と通信し、正しい充電電流を選択する(もしそれが充電器により提供されるならば);
電池が過放電である時、負荷の電源を切る;
偶発的な過負荷と短絡から電池保護の機能を行う;
電池のアンバランスを検出する場合、その仕事を同期させながら電池は平衡モードにして個々のセルの制御カードを管理する;
必要ならば、電池状態に関する完全情報を入手可能なエンジニアを提供する。特別なプログラムを用いて、コンピュータを介して蓄電池の管理システムにアクセスできるようにする;
緊急事態の場合には、視聴覚警報にする。
セル電圧の測定;
平衡電流の測定;
バランスチェーン(共通制御カードが個々のセルの電荷レベルを計算することは必要なことである)を通って漏れたセル電荷の計算;
共通制御カードの要求についての測定計算データの転送;
セル電圧が最大許容数を超えた場合の共通制御カードへの信号の転送;
共通制御カードのコマンドについてのセル電圧平衡。
Claims (8)
- 電池セルがコンバータ平衡のシステムを介して直流電流により直列に接続され、交流電流により並列に接続される多数のセルから構成される蓄電池。
- 各セルがDC/ACコンバータを備えている、請求項1に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記管理システムは前記蓄電池において共通制御ブロックと多数のセルの各々の制御ブロックを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電池の管理システム。
- 前記システムは、前記セルの前記状態に関するデータを受信し、前記受信した情報を共通制御の前記ブロックへ転送し、高い電流によりセル電圧の平衡を保つ前記能力を有するマイクロコントローラを含む前記システム自身の制御ブロックにより制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム(制御コマンドを前記共通制御ブロックからの受信時)。
- 前記平衡モードが充電時、放電時、及び静止している時に動作する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記蓄電池は、請求項5に記載の前記システムにより制御されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蓄電池。
- コンバータが前記共通制御ブロックからの前記共通信号により同期される、請求項6に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記セルの前記状態に依存し、請求項5に記載の前記システムの前記信号の際に、前記コンバータが同期DC/AC及びAC/DC変換を行う、請求項6に記載の蓄電池
