Claims (12)
- システムであって、
煙道ガスを発生する炉の下流に配置され、窒素酸化物を窒素に還元するように動作可能な選択的触媒反応器と、
選択的触媒反応器と流体連通し、選択的触媒反応器への入口ラインとつながり、選択的触媒反応器を迂回する煙道ガスの量を処理するように構成された、バイパスラインと、
選択的触媒反応器への入口に配置された第1の制御ダンパと、
バイパスラインへの入口に配置され、第1の制御ダンパと相互作用して、システムから放出される三酸化硫黄の量を所望の値に低減するのに効果的な比率で、煙道ガス流を選択的触媒反応器とバイパスラインとの間で分割する第2の制御ダンパと
を備えるシステム。 - 第1の制御ダンパの上流に配置された第1の遮断ダンパと、第2の制御ダンパの上流に配置された別の遮断ダンパとをさらに備える請求項1記載のシステム。
- 選択的触媒反応器の下流に配置されたSO3分析器と、SO3分析器と動作可能に通信する制御器とをさらに備える請求項1記載のシステム。
- 制御器が、第1の制御ダンパと、第2の制御ダンパと、第1の遮断ダンパと、第2の制御ダンパの上流に配置された遮断ダンパと動作可能に通信する、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 選択的触媒反応器の下流で、三酸化硫黄の測定が手動で定期的に行われ、その結果を、第1の制御ダンパ及び第2の制御ダンパを手動で、又は自動で調節するために用いる、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 選択的触媒反応器のサイズが、バイパスラインと、第1の制御ダンパと、第2の制御ダンパとを有しない比較システムに配置された選択的触媒反応器より小さい、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 選択的触媒反応器が、バイパスラインと、第1の制御ダンパと、第2の制御ダンパとを有しない比較システムに配置された選択的触媒反応器が受け入れる煙道ガスよりも最大30体積%少ない煙道ガスを受け入れる、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 所望の値が、煙道ガス流の全体の体積百分率に基づいて5ppm未満である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 煙道ガスを発生する炉の下流に配置され、窒素酸化物を窒素に還元するように動作可能な選択的触媒反応器と、
選択的触媒反応器と流体連通し、選択的触媒反応器への入口ラインとつながり、選択的触媒反応器を迂回する煙道ガスの量を処理するように構成された、バイパスラインと
を備えるシステムに、炉からの煙道ガス流を排出させ、
システムから放出される三酸化硫黄の量を所望の値に低減するのに効果的な比率で、煙道ガス流を選択的触媒反応器とバイパスラインとの間で分割する
ことを含む方法。 - 煙道ガス流が、湿式化学による選択的触媒還元器から出ること、及び煙道ガス流の分割が手動で行われることをさらに含む請求項9記載の方法。
- 煙道ガス流の分割が、インライン分析器及び制御器によって自動で行われる、請求項9記載の方法。
- 望ましくない汚染物を含む煙道ガス流の全部分を、バイパスラインを経て排出することをさらに含む請求項9記載の方法。
