Abstract
Description
実施した試験は、以下の工程:
−グルコポン(glucopon)にトリクロサンを溶かし、均質混合物を得ること、
−クロルヘキシジン溶液をその得られた溶液に加えること、
−八ホウ酸二ナトリウム五水和物溶液をトリクロサン+クロルヘキシジン溶液に加え、均質混合物の達成に基づき抗微生物性含浸溶液を得ること
−織物製品に前記含浸溶液を負荷し、それにより、製品を抗微生物性とすること、
−織物製品をローラーに通過させ、それにより、過剰溶液を回収すること、
−含浸溶液を負荷した織物製品をオーブンに通過させることにより、乾燥させること、
−乾燥後、最終抗微生物性織物製品を得ること
を含む。
ディスク拡散法
含浸溶液を負荷した織物製品の抗微生物特性は、標準NCCLSディスク拡散法を用いて検討した(ラリタ(Lalitha)、2005年)。略言すると、108cfu/mlの細菌、106cfu/mlの酵母および104spor/mlの真菌を含む100μl溶液を新しい培養液で調製し、各々、トリプチカーゼ(Trypticase)大豆寒天培地(TSA)、サブロー・デキストロース寒天培地(SDA)およびポテトデキストロース寒天培地(PDA)の拡散法で接種した。所定濃度のトリクロサン、クロルヘキシジンおよび八ホウ酸二ナトリウム五水和物を含む含浸溶液を負荷した織物製品から裁断した約1×1cmの切片を接種後のペトリ皿に配置した。含浸溶液を負荷しなかった無負荷の織物製品を陰性対照として用いた。陽性対照として、細菌についてオフロキサシン(5μg/ディスク)を用い、酵母および真菌についてナイスタチン(100u/ディスク)を用いた。接種し、その上に織物製品を配置したペトリ皿を36±1℃にて細菌では24時間、酵母では48時間、また、真菌では25±1℃にて72時間維持した。標準ディスク拡散法において試験した微生物に対する抗微生物活性は、阻止帯の測定により評価した。すべての試験を少なくとも2回繰り返した。試験した織物製品の抗微生物活性結果を表1に要約する。
抗微生物試験結果
試験した微生物に対する阻止帯は、本発明の抗微生物性織物製品を得るために適用した方法により調製したトリクロサン、クロルヘキシジンおよび八ホウ酸二ナトリウム五水和物を含む含浸溶液を負荷した織物製品から裁断した切片の周囲で観察したが、阻止帯は対照群においては織物製品の切片の周囲で検出しなかった(表1)。抗細菌性、抗カンジダ性および抗真菌性は、最適化濃度の活性分子で調製した含浸溶液を用いて織物製品に与えた。
本発明の製品は、大腸菌、緑膿菌、MRSAおよび黄色ブドウ球菌 細菌;酵母、カンジダ属種;ならびに真菌種、アスペルギルス属種およびペニシリウム属種に対し有効である。

キャップ、外科用糸および掛け布用、
−衣服セクター;衛生を必要とする作業服における強化布および芯地のごとき
布部分、
−下着および夏用布(summer cloth)、例えば、水分に多分に曝露され、細菌の
再生に適当な設定を提供するショーツ、ビキニおよび水着
−衛生を必要とするベビー服、
−家庭および職場用織物;カーペット、カーテン、服飾品、テーブルクロス、
ベッド掛け、
−公共輸送車両中の衛生を必要とするヘッドレストカバーおよび他の織物製品、
−食料を包装、貯蔵および輸送するために用い得るすべての織物製品、
−建設セクターにおける外観裏張(facade lining)および断熱材;微生物が
増殖し、腐敗するのを防止できる領域。

Claims (12)
- 以下の工程:
−グルコポンにトリクロサンを溶かし、均質混合物を得ること、
−クロルヘキシジン溶液をその得られた溶液に加えること、
−八ホウ酸二ナトリウム五水和物溶液を前記溶液混合物に加えて、均質含浸溶液を得ること、
−織物製品に前記含浸溶液を負荷し、それにより、製品を抗微生物性とすること、
−織物製品をローラーに通過させ、それにより、過剰溶液を回収すること、
−含浸溶液を負荷した織物製品をオーブンに通過させることにより、乾燥させること、
−乾燥後、最終抗微生物性織物製品を得ること
を含む方法。 - トリクロサンを45℃にて0.001〜0.1%の濃度で10%グルコポンに溶かし、均質混合物を得ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 20%クロルヘキシジン溶液を0.05〜3%の濃度で、得られた溶液に加えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 八ホウ酸二ナトリウム五水和物を均質含浸溶液に対し0.001〜0.1%の濃度で加えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 乾燥が、12メートル/分の速度にて製品を60℃のオーブンに通過させて行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 疎水性織物表面を親水性表面に変換し、織物表面に抗微生物特性を組み込むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の含浸溶液。
- 請求項1〜6に記載の方法で得られた抗微生物性織物製品。
- 細菌、酵母および真菌に対する抗微生物活性を有する請求項7記載の織物製品。
- 大腸菌、緑膿菌、MRSAおよび黄色ブドウ球菌の細菌種に対し有効である請求項8記載の織物製品。
- 酵母、カンジダ属種に対し有効である請求項8記載の織物製品。
- アスペルギルス属種およびペニシリウム属種の真菌種に対し有効である請求項8記載の織物製品。
- −医学的セクター;透析フィルタ、バンドエイド、手術衣、マスク、キャップ、
