Abstract
Description
・ エネルギ貯蔵システムを用いて第1及び第2のトラクションモータを作動させることを含む自律的電力供給源モード、
・ 第3の電力コンバータを接続すると共に、外部電力供給源を用いて第1及び第2のトラクションモータのうちの一方あるいは両方を作動させることを含む外部電力供給源モード、及び、
・ エネルギ貯蔵システムを用いて第1のトラクションモータを作動させること、及び外部電力供給源を用いて第2のトラクションモータを作動させることを含む、自律的電力供給源と外部電力供給源を組み合わせるモード、
が含まれる。
・ エネルギ貯蔵システム202を用いて第1のトラクションモータ207を作動させることを含む自律的電力供給源モード、
・ DC/DCコンバータ214、314を接続すること、及び外部電力供給源203、303を用いて第1及び第2のトラクションモータ206、306;210、310のうちの一方あるいは両方を作動させることを含む、外部電力供給源モード、及び、
・ エネルギ貯蔵システム202、302を用いて第1のトラクションモータ206、306を作動させること、及び外部電力供給源203、303を用いて第2のトラクションモータ210、310を作動させることを含む、自律的電力供給源と外部電力供給源を組み合わせるモード。
i. 車両を駆動するために必要な平均電力は、外部電力供給源から引き出すと共に、外部電力供給源に直接接続されている機械によりDC−DCコンバータの損失なしに直接負荷できる。
ii. 回収された制動エネルギは、車両の電気回路に接続されている機械により、DC−DCコンバータ効率損失なしに、エネルギ層に貯蔵し、あるいはエネルギ層から直接引き出すことができる。
iii. 一つのミッションにおける電力及びエネルギの必要量に関して寸法決めされたエネルギ層により、外部電力供給源から車両の電気回路に伝達する必要がある電力は、制動エネルギと補助負荷のサイクルにおいて、生じるロスが最小である。このレベルの電力は、従来システムよりも非常に小さいDC−DCコンバータにより、あるいは極端な場合には、外部電力供給源に直接接続されている機械の電力定格を増加させるとともに他の電機により電力を回収することにより、外部電力供給源から車両電気回路に伝達できる。このようにして、効率におけるペナルティは小さいものの、DC−DCコンバータの追加がない経路を介した、外部電力供給源から車両の電気回路への、直流的に分離された電力の伝達を生じさせることができる。
iv. 従来のハイブリッド動力伝達系路におけるより大きな電気モータを用いることに代えて別個の電気推進力を追加することの追加の利点は、車両メーカが、外部電力供給源のために設計されあるいは設計されない用途について、オリジナルのハイブリッドシステムにおけるこの部分と同じプラットフォームを使用できることにある。例えばERS(電気道路システム)といった外部電力供給源については、高電圧の要素及びその周囲の電気絶縁が必要であり、かつ外部電力供給源の要素が車両のシャシから適切に絶縁されていることを確認するために、伝統的にインピーダンスモニタが外部電力供給源電圧システムに追加される。第1次高電圧回路のベースとなるハイブリッドシステムの絶縁コストを追加する代わりに、外部電力供給源の適用が必要とする少ない特別な構成要素にそのような絶縁(及びモニタ)を追加することは、ほとんど難しくなく、かつよりコストがかからない。外部電力供給源の用途は最初はボリュームが小さいので、伝統的に多くの他の製品に用いられているプラットフォーム設計にコストを追加する代わりに、外部電力供給源の構成要素に特別な絶縁コストを追加することは、より良好でより効率的である。

Claims (20)
- 車両のハイブリッドエネルギシステムであって、自律的電力供給源を備えるとともに、前記車両の経路に沿った外部電力供給源インフラストラクチャに接続可能であり、かつ自律的電力供給源モード及び/又は外部電力供給源モードで作動するように構成されているハイブリッドエネルギシステムにおいて、前記システムは:第1の電力コンバータによって、エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)に接続されて前記車両を推進する第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)を含んでいる、第1の高電圧回路(204、304)と、第2の電力コンバータ(212、312)によって、外部電力供給源(203、303)に接続可能な、前記車両を推進するための第2のトラクションモータ(210、310)を含んでいる、第2の高電圧回路(205、305)と、を備え、前記第1の高電圧回路(204、304)及び前記第2の高電圧回路(205、305)は、前記第1及び第2の電力コンバータ(207、212;307、312)の間の第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)によって、接続可能である、ハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2の電力コンバータ(207、212、307、312)がDC/AC電力コンバータである、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- 前記第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)がDC/DC電力コンバータである、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)が高電圧バッテリである、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- 前記自律的電力供給源が、前記第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)に接続された内燃機関を含んでいる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- 前記第2の高電圧回路(205、305)が、架線あるいは軌道の形態の外部電力供給源(203、303)に接続可能である、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- 前記第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)及び前記第2のトラクションモータ(210、310)が個別の被駆動車軸に接続されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- 前記第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)及び前記第2のトラクションモータ(210、310)が一つの被駆動車軸に接続されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- 制御可能なスイッチ(230、330)が前記第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)に並列に接続されており、かつ前記スイッチは、閉じたときに前記第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)を迂回するように構成されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステム。
- − 自律的電力供給源を備えるとともに、前記車両の経路に沿った外部電力供給源インフラストラクチャに接続可能であり、
− 第1の電力コンバータ(207、307)によって、エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)に接続されて前記車両を推進する第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)を含む第1の高電圧回路(204、304)と、
− 第2の電力コンバータ(212、312)によって、外部電力供給源(203、303)に接続可能な、前記車両を推進するための第2のトラクションモータ(210、310)を含む第2の高電圧回路(205、305)と、
を備え、
− 前記第1の高電圧回路(204、304)及び前記第2の高電圧回路(205、305)が、第3の電力コンバータ(214; 314)及び前記第1及び第2の電力コンバータ(207、212、307、312)の間の並列な制御可能スイッチにより接続可能である、
車両のハイブリッドエネルギシステムを作動させる方法であって、少なくとも、
− 前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)を用いて前記第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)を作動させることを含む自律的電力供給源モード、
− 前記第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)を接続すると共に、前記外部電力供給源(203、303)を用いて前記第1及び第2のトラクションモータ(206、210、306、310)のうちの一方あるいは両方を作動させることを含む外部電力供給源モード、及び、
− 前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)を用いて前記第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)を作動させること、及び前記外部電力供給源(203、303)を用いて前記第2のトラクションモータ(210、310)を作動させることを含む、自律的電力供給源と外部電力供給源を組み合わせるモード、
のいずれかを選択するモードで前記ハイブリッドエネルギシステムを作動させる方法。 - 前記第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)を迂回すること、及び前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)を用いて前記第1及び第2のトラクションモータ(206、210、306、310)の両方を作動させることを含む、選択的な自律的電力供給源モードで前記ハイブリッドエネルギシステムを作動させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)を迂回すること、前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)を切り離すこと、及び前記外部電力供給源(203、303)を用いて前記第1及び第2のトラクションモータ(206、210、306、310)の両方を作動させることにより、前記ハイブリッドエネルギシステムを選択的な外部電力供給源モードで作動させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 地面係合要素を駆動すべく外部電力供給源(203、303)を用いて前記第2のトラクションモータ(210、310)を作動させるとともに、前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)を充電するために更なる地面係合要素を用いて前記第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)を作動させる再生モードで前記ハイブリッドエネルギシステムを作動させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 外部電力供給源(203、303)に電力を供給する再生モードで前記ハイブリッドエネルギシステムを作動させるとともに、前記第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)を迂回し、地面係合要素を用いて前記第1及び第2のトラクションモータ(206、210、306、310)の一方あるいは両方を作動させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)に電力を供給する再生モードで前記ハイブリッドエネルギシステムを作動させ、前記外部電力供給源(203、303)を切り離し、前記第3の電力コンバータ(214、314)を迂回させ、地面係合要素を用いて前記第1及び第2のトラクションモータ(206、210、306、310)の一方あるいは両方を作動させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2のトラクションモータ(206、210、306、310)を接続し、それらを前記車両の動力伝達経路から切り離し、かつ前記エネルギ貯蔵システム(202、302)を充電するために前記第2のトラクションモータを用いて前記第1のトラクションモータ(206、306)を作動させることにより、前記ハイブリッドエネルギシステムを外部電力供給源モードで作動させる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のハイブリッドエネルギシステムを備える商用自動車である車両。
- コンピュータプログラムであって、前記プログラムがコンピュータ上で実行されるときに請求項10乃至16のいずれかに記載したあらゆるステップを実行するためのプログラムコード手段を含んでいるコンピュータプログラム。
- コンピュータプログラム製品であって、前記プログラム製品がコンピュータ上で実行されるときに請求項10乃至16のいずれかに記載したあらゆるステップを実行するためのコンピュータ可読媒体上に記憶されたプログラムコード手段を含んでいるコンピュータプログラム製品。
- 例えばコンピュータメモリー(520)あるいは不揮発性データ記憶媒体(550)といった、計算機環境において使用するための記憶媒体であって、前記メモリが、請求項10乃至16の方法を実行するための計算機可読プログラムコードを含んでいる記憶媒体。
