Claims (20)
- PETスキャナであって、
検査領域を取り囲む環状支持構造であって、前記検査領域は前記環状支持構造の軸に平行な軸方向に延在する、環状支持構造と、
前記環状支持構造に取り付けられ、前記検査領域を取り囲む環状ランクを形成する複数の放射線ディテクタユニットと、
前記検査領域において軸方向に患者を移動させるように構成された患者支持器とを有し、前記環状ランクの少なくとも一部は環状ギャップにより離間されている、
PETスキャナ。 - 前記環状ギャップを調整するメカニズムをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のPETスキャナ。 - 前記環状ギャップは、前記検査領域の中心に隣接したところで小さく、前記検査領域の軸方向の反対端に向かって徐々に大きくなる、
請求項1及び2いずれか一項に記載のPETスキャナ。 - 前記環状ギャップは、前記検査領域の中心に隣接したところで大きく、前記検査領域の軸方向の反対端に向かって徐々に小さくなる、
請求項1及び2いずれか一項に記載のPETスキャナ。 - 前記環状ギャップは軸の長さで一様である、
請求項1及び2いずれか一項に記載のPETスキャナ。 - 前記患者支持器はスキャン中に前記患者を前記検査領域において移動させる、
請求項1ないし5いずれか一項に記載のPETスキャナ。 - 前記患者支持器の位置を決定するセンサと、前記環状支持構造の位置を決定するロケーションユニットとをさらに含む、請求項6に記載のPETスキャナ。
- 前記環状支持構造からのラインオブレスポンスデータは、前記環状リングの位置の基準系から、前記患者支持器とともに移動する基準系に変換される、
請求項7に記載のPETスキャナ。 - 前記環状ギャップにシールドが配置される、
請求項1に記載のPETスキャナ。 - 前記環状ギャップは前記ディテクタユニットのうちの一つの軸方向長さの1/4である、
請求項1に記載のPETスキャナ。 - 前記環状ランクは、
第1の環状ランクを形成する複数の放射線ディテクタユニットの間に第1の複数の環状ギャップを含む第1の環状ランクと、
第2の環状ランクを形成する複数の放射線ディテクタユニットの間に第2の複数の環状ギャップを含む第2の環状ランクとを含み、前記第1の複数の環状ギャップのどの部分も前記第2の複数の環状ギャップの軸方向で整列しないように、前記第1の複数の環状ギャップは前記第2の複数の環状ギャップに対してずれている、
請求項1ないし10いずれか一項に記載のPETスキャナ。 - PET装置であって、
少なくともシンチレーション結晶の第1のリングを支持する第1の環状支持リングと、
少なくともシンチレーション結晶の第2のリングを支持し、前記第1の環状支持リングに対して可動であり、結晶の第1と第2のリング間の離間を変化させる第2の環状支持リングと、
スキャン中に前記PET装置において患者を移動させる患者支持部とを有する、
PET装置。 - シンチレーション結晶の第1のリングはタイルまたはモジュールの第1のリングに含まれ、結晶の第2のリングはタイルまたはモジュールの第2のリングに含まれる、
請求項12に記載のPET装置。 - PETスキャンを実行する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの環状ギャップにより離間された放射線ディテクタユニットの複数のリング中を、患者支持器で患者を移動して、PETデータを収集するステップと、
前記PETデータを再構成して、患者画像を生成するステップとを含む、
方法。 - 前記環状ギャップを調整するステップをさらに含む、
請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記患者支持器は連続的にまたは段階的に動かされる、
請求項14または15に記載の方法。 - 前記患者支持器の位置を検出するステップと、

請求項14ないし17いずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 検査領域は前記複数のリングにより取り囲まれ、前記環状ギャップは、前記検査領域に隣接するところで小さく、前記検査領域の軸方向の反対端に向けて徐々に大きくなる、
請求項14ないし18いずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 検査領域は前記複数のリングにより取り囲まれ、前記環状ギャップは、前記検査領域に隣接するところで大きく、前記検査領域の軸方向の反対端に向けて徐々に小さくなる、
