Claims (10)
- ポリウレタンコーティングを工業用ローラー上に形成するための方法であって、
プレポリマー成分及び硬化成分を含む、コーティング形成反応混合物の生成物であるコーティングを工業用ローラーに適用することであって、
前記プレポリマー成分が、イソシアネート成分及びポリカーボネートポリオールを含むプレポリマー形成反応混合物の生成物であるポリカーボネートプレポリマーを含み、前記プレポリマー成分が、前記コーティング形成反応混合物の総重量に基づいて、30重量%〜80重量%の量で、前記コーティング形成反応混合物内に存在し、
前記硬化成分が塩素化芳香族ジアミン硬化剤を含み、前記硬化成分が、前記コーティング形成反応混合物の前記総重量に基づいて、5重量%〜20重量%の量で、前記コーティング形成反応混合物内に存在する、適用することと、
前記コーティングを硬化させてポリウレタンコーティング層を前記工業用ローラー上に形成することと、を含む、前記方法。 - 前記塩素化芳香族ジアミン硬化剤の構造が、塩素原子と2つのアミノ部分とで置換された芳香族環を含む、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記塩素化芳香族ジアミン硬化剤が、4−クロロ−3,5−ジアミノ安息香酸イソブチルである、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記硬化成分が、前記塩素化芳香族ジアミン硬化剤に加えて、1つ以上の他の硬化剤を含み、前記硬化成分が、前記硬化成分の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも50重量%の前記塩素化芳香族ジアミン硬化剤と、少なくとも20重量%の前記1つ以上の他の硬化剤とを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記コーティング形成反応混合物がポリオール添加剤をさらに含み、前記ポリオール添加剤が、前記コーティング形成反応混合物の前記総重量に基づいて、5重量%〜60重量%の前記ポリオール添加剤の量で、前記コーティング形成反応混合物内に存在する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記プレポリマー形成反応混合物が、前記プレポリマー形成反応混合物の総重量に基づいて、20重量%〜60重量%の前記イソシアネート成分と、30重量%〜80重量%の前記ポリカーボネートポリオールとを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記プレポリマー成分がポリエーテルグリコール由来のプレポリマーをさらに含み、前記プレポリマー成分が、前記プレポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも1重量%の前記ポリエーテルグリコール由来のプレポリマーと、少なくとも50重量%の前記ポリカーボネートプレポリマーとを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 前記イソシアネート成分が、合計100重量%の前記イソシアネート成分に基づいて、少なくとも60重量%の4,4’−メチレンジフェニルイソシアネートと、残部の2,4’−メチレンジフェニルイソシアネートとを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
- 工業用ローラー上のポリウレタンコーティングであって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法によって形成されるポリウレタンコーティング層を含み、前記ポリウレタンコーティング層が、65%未満のヒステリシス損失値及び18%未満の永久歪値を有する、ポリウレタンコーティング。
- 吸引加圧ロール上のポリウレタンコーティングであって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法によって形成されるポリウレタンコーティング層を含み、前記ポリウレタンコーティング層が、前記吸引加圧ロールの表面を覆うエポキシ層の上にある、ポリウレタンコーティング。
