Claims (8)
- 組織切除のためのマイクロ波装置であって、
アンテナ(1)と、
前記アンテナ(1)の外部導体(3)および内部導体(4)が内部に配置された金属カニューレ(2)であって、外部導体(3)と内部導体(4)との間に誘電絶縁材料の層(5)が介在された金属カニューレ(2)と、
前記アンテナ(1)に接続された貫通先端部(9)と、
当該カニューレ(2)の遠位端部(12)に接続された補強要素(7)と、を備え、
当該貫通先端部(9)は、当該補強要素(7)の遠位端部(10)に接続され、
当該補強要素(7)に、軸穴(14)が設けられ、その遠位端部(15)に雌ねじ(16)が設けられ、
マイクロ波装置は、当該アンテナ(1)の遠位端部に接続されたブッシュ(8)を更に備え、
当該ブッシュ(8)は、当該軸穴(14)内に挿入されているとともに、前記貫通先端部(9)の当該シャンク(11)に接触していることを特徴とするマイクロ波装置。 - 当該補強要素(7)の近位端部(7a)は、当該カニューレ(2)内に挿入可能になっており、当該補強要素(7)の近位端部(7a)に、当該補強要素(7)を当該カニューレ(2)に接続する接続手段(13)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該接続手段は、1つ以上の円周溝(13)、1つ以上の軸切口、1つ以上のらせん切口、または隆起部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該補強要素(7)は、当該カニューレ(2)に、圧接または接着によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該補強要素(7)は、当該カニューレ(2)に、溶接によって接続され、当該近位端部(7a)が金属化されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該軸穴(14)は、当該近位端部(7a)から当該補強要素(7)の遠位端部(10)に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該貫通先端部(9)に、雄ねじ(17)が設けられたシャンク(11)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該補強要素(7)は、酸化ジルコニウム材料製またはセラミック材料製であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ波装置。
