Description
Claims (5)
- 組織切除のためのマイクロ波装置であって、
アンテナ(1)と、
前記アンテナ(1)の外部導体(3)および内部導体(4)が内部に配置された金属カニューレ(2)であって、外部導体(3)と内部導体(4)との間に誘電絶縁材料の層(5)が介在された金属カニューレ(2)と、
当該金属カニューレ(2)の遠位端部(12)に直接的に接続された補強要素(7)と、
当該補強要素(7)の遠位端部(10)に直接的に接続された貫通先端部(9)と、を備え、
当該補強要素(7)は、セラミック材料製であり、当該補強要素(7)に、当該補強要素(7)の近位端部(7a)から当該遠位端部(10)まで延びる軸穴(14)が設けられ、当該軸穴(14)の遠位端部(15)に雌ねじ(16)が設けられ、
当該貫通先端部(9)には、雄ねじ(17)が設けられたシャンク(11)が設けられ、
当該シャンク(11)は、当該軸穴(14)の前記遠位端部(15)にねじ留めされ、
マイクロ波装置は、当該アンテナ(1)の遠位端部に接続され、軸穴を含む円筒形状を有する金属ブッシュ(8)を更に備え、
当該金属ブッシュ(8)は、当該軸穴(14)内に挿入されているとともに、前記貫通先端部(9)の当該シャンク(11)に接触しており、前記アンテナと前記貫通先端部との間の電気的導通を達成し、
当該補強要素(7)の前記近位端部(7a)は、当該金属カニューレ(2)内に挿入可能になっており、当該補強要素(7)の近位端部(7a)に、当該補強要素(7)を当該金属カニューレ(2)に接続する接続手段(13)が設けられていることを特徴とするマイクロ波装置。 - 当該接続手段は、1つ以上の円周溝(13)、1つ以上の軸切口、1つ以上のらせん切口、または隆起部を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該補強要素(7)は、当該カニューレ(2)に、圧接または接着によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該補強要素(7)は、当該カニューレ(2)に、溶接によって接続され、当該近位端部(7a)が金属化されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のマイクロ波装置。
- 当該セラミック材料は、酸化ジルコニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のマイクロ波装置。
