Claims (29)
- 損傷組織を治療するための亜大気圧装置であって、
a.カバーと治療される前記組織との間に配置されるように構成される非吸収性材料、及び
b.前記非吸収性材料の分解を防止するように構成され、かつ前記非吸収性材料に近接して配置される組織保護材料であって、前記非吸収性材料と治療される前記組織との間に配置されるように構成され、絹フィブロインとヒアルロン酸との混合物を有する多孔性の生体吸収性クリオゲルを有する、前記保護材料
を有し、前記保護材料及び前記非吸収性材料は、治療される前記組織への亜大気圧の分布を可能にするように、気体連通している、装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、前記非吸収性材料が多孔性である、装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の装置において、前記保護材料が注射可能である、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記非吸収性材料が発泡材またはスポンジを有する、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記絹フィブロインとヒアルロン酸との混合物が、少なくとも約1.5:1から10:1の絹フィブロイン対ヒアルロン酸比を有する、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記絹フィブロインとヒアルロン酸との混合物が、少なくとも約1.5:1から3:1の絹フィブロイン対ヒアルロン酸比を有する、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記絹フィブロインとヒアルロン酸との混合物が、少なくとも約2:1の絹フィブロイン対ヒアルロン酸比を有する、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記保護材料が少なくとも約2000%から約2500%の水結合潜在能力を有する、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記保護材料が少なくとも約2250%から約2350%の水結合潜在能力を有する、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記保護材料が少なくとも約2から8kPaの弾性率を有する、装置。

- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記保護材料がシリコンを有する、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記多孔性の生体吸収性クリオゲルは自己集合性したものである、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記保護材料が前記非吸収性材料の近隣に配置される、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記保護材料が前記非吸収性材料の選択される表面に配置される、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記保護材料の一部が前記非吸収性材料内で散在するように、前記保護材料が前記非吸収性材料と接触している、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置において、前記非吸収性材料が穿孔を有する、装置。
- 先行する請求項のいずれか一項記載の装置であって、前記非吸収性材料及び前記保護材料と気体連通する吸引源を有する、装置。
- 組織保護クリオゲルと非吸収性発泡材とを有する組織修復材料を調製するための方法であって、
a.ヒアルロン酸と絹フィブロインとの溶液を形成する工程と、
b.前記組織修復材料を得るために、前記ヒアルロン酸と絹フィブロインとの溶液を、前記組織保護クリオゲルとして、前記非吸収性発泡材に適用する工程と
を有する、方法。 - 請求項23記載の方法であって、生絹から絹フィブロインを抽出し、かつ精製することによって、絹フィブロインを調製する工程を有する、方法。
- 請求項23または24記載の方法において、前記ヒアルロン酸の濃度が少なくとも約30から40重量%である、方法。
- 請求項23〜25のいずれか一項記載の方法において、前記ヒアルロン酸と絹フィブロインとの溶液を前記組織保護クリオゲルとして適用する工程が、前記ヒアルロン酸と絹フィブロインとの溶液を前記非吸収性発泡材の表面上で凍結乾燥する工程を有する、方法。
- 請求項23〜25のいずれか一項記載の方法において、前記ヒアルロン酸と絹フィブロインとの溶液を前記組織保護クリオゲルとして適用する工程が、前記組織保護クリオゲルを前記非吸収性発泡材の表面で注射する工程を有する、方法。
- 請求項23〜27のいずれか一項記載の方法であって、ソニケーターを用いて前記ヒアルロン酸と絹フィブロインとの溶液を超音波処理する工程を有する、方法。
- 請求項23〜28のいずれか一項記載の方法であって、ボルテクサーを用いて前記ヒアルロン酸と絹フィブロインとの溶液をボルテックスする工程を有する、方法。
