Abstract
Description
炭化水素原料を第1の水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程、

前記第2の水素化分解ユニット内でそのように水素化分解された流れを、芳香族含有量が多い流れと、C2〜C4パラフィン、水素およびメタンを含む気体流とに分離する工程、および
その気体流を水蒸気分解ユニットに供給する工程、
を有してなる方法に関する。

Claims (17)
- 水蒸気分解ユニット内で炭化水素原料を分解する方法において、
炭化水素原料を第1の水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程、
パラフィンおよびナフテンが多い流れ、重質芳香族化合物が多い流れ、および単環芳香族化合物が多い流れを得るために、そのように分解された前記炭化水素原料を分離ユニットに供給する工程、
前記パラフィンおよびナフテンが多い流れを、その工程条件が前記第1の水素化分解ユニットの工程条件と異なる第2の水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程、
前記第2の水素化分解ユニット内でそのように水素化分解された流れを、芳香族含有量が多い流れと、C2〜C4パラフィン、水素およびメタンを含む気体流とに分離する工程、および
前記気体流を水蒸気分解ユニットに供給する工程、
を有してなる方法。 - 前記重質芳香族化合物が多い流れを前記第1の水素化分解ユニットに戻す工程をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記気体流からC2〜C4パラフィンを分離する工程、および
そのように分離された前記C2〜C4パラフィンを水蒸気分解ユニットの炉区域に供給する工程、
をさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記C2〜C4パラフィンからC3〜C4パラフィンを分離する工程、および該C3〜C4パラフィン分画を、水素、C3オレフィンおよびC4オレフィンを得るために、脱水素化ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記気体流からC2〜C4パラフィンを分離する工程が低温蒸留または溶媒抽出により行われる、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記C2〜C4パラフィンを、それぞれ、各々がC2パラフィン、C3パラフィンおよびC4パラフィンを主に含む個々の流れに分離する工程、および該個々の流れを前記水蒸気分解ユニットの特定の炉区域および/または水素化分解ユニットに供給する工程をさらに含む、請求項3から5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記気体流から、水素およびメタンを主に含む流れを回収する工程、および該流れを第1および/または第2の水素化分解ユニットに再循環させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記重質芳香族化合物が多い流れを前記第1の水素化分解ユニットに戻す前に、該重質芳香族化合物が多い流れから単環芳香族化合物を回収する工程をさらに含む、請求項1から7いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記分離ユニットが蒸留ユニットおよび抽出ユニットを備え、該蒸留ユニットからの上部流が前記抽出ユニットの入口に送られる、請求項1から8いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記芳香族含有量が多い流れを、前記分離ユニットに、好ましくは前記抽出ユニットの入口に戻す工程をさらに含む、請求項1から9いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1の水素化分解ユニット内の温度が、前記第2の水素化分解ユニット内の温度より低い、請求項1から10いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1の水素化分解ユニット内の水素の分圧が、前記第2の水素化分解ユニット内の水素の分圧よりも高い、請求項1から11いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1と第2の水素化分解ユニットの反応装置タイプの設計が、固定床型、沸騰床反応装置型およびスラリー型の群から選択され、特に該第1と第2の水素化分解ユニットの両方の反応装置タイプの設計が固定床型のものである、請求項1から12いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1の水素化分解ユニットへの前記炭化水素原料が、ナフサ、灯油、ディーゼル燃料、常圧軽油(AGO)、蝋、真空軽油(VGO)、常圧残油、減圧残油およびコンデンセート、またはそれらの組合せのタイプのもの、特にナフサおよびディーゼル燃料である、請求項1から13いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第1の水素化分解ユニットが、200〜600℃、好ましくは300〜400の温度、3〜35MPa、好ましくは5〜20MPaの圧力で作動される、請求項1から14いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第2の水素化分解ユニットが、300〜550℃の温度、300〜5000kPaのゲージ圧、および0.1〜10h-1の重量空間速度、好ましくは、300〜450℃の温度、300〜5000kPaのゲージ圧、および0.1〜10h-1の重量空間速度、より好ましくは、300〜400℃の温度、600〜3000kPaのゲージ圧、および0.2〜2h-1の重量空間速度で作動される、請求項1から15いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 水蒸気分解ユニットおよび/または脱水素化ユニットの原料としてLPGの含有量が多い流れを調製するための、連続して配置された、第1の水素化分解ユニット、分離ユニットおよび第2の水素化分解ユニットの使用であって、前記第1と第2の水素化分解ユニットにおける工程条件が互いに異なるものである使用。
