Claims (5)
- 解体用のせん断機であって、
前端と後端を持つ本体を備え、本体の前端に下顎が設けられており、
本体によって旋回可能な状態で支えられている上顎を備えており、
アクチュエーターピンにより上顎へ旋回可能に取り付けられている少なくとも一つのアクチュエーターを備え、この少なくとも一つのアクチュエーターで開いた位置と閉じた位置との間で上顎を動かすように構成されており、
開いた位置から閉じた位置へ上顎が動く間に本体の磨耗表面に寄りかかる側面方向の安定器を持つアクチュエーターピンとを備えているもの。 - 請求項1の解体用のせん断機であって、側面方向の安定器がアクチュエーターピンの頭にはめ込まれた磨耗板を含むもの。
- 請求項2の解体用のせん断機であって、アクチュエーターピンの頭に外縁があってその外縁がアクチュエーターにあるクレビス端の一方の側に設けられた相補的な構造の保持具内にはめ込まれており、アクチュエーターピンの頭が保持具に対して回転可能な状態で固定されているもの。
- 請求項3の解体用のせん断機であって、アクチュエーターピンが、さらにアクチュエーターピンの遠位端へ固定できる構造を持ったピンキャップを含み、このピンキャップに外縁があってその外縁が、アクチュエーターにあるクレビス端のもう一方側に設けられた相補的な構造の保持具内にはめ込むことができるように作られており、ピンキャップが保持具に対して回転可能な状態で固定されているもの。
- 解体用のせん断機の旋回する上顎へアクチュエーターのクレビス端を旋回可能な状態で結合させるためのアクチュエーターピン組立品であって、
頭を持つピンと、ピンの遠位端へ固定できるようになっているピンキャップと、頭にはめ込まれている磨耗板とを備えており、
ピンの頭が外縁を持っており、その外縁がアクチュエーターにあるクレビス端の一方の側に取り付けられている相補的な構造の保持具内にはめ込むことができるように作られていることにより、頭が保持具に対して回転可能な状態で固定されており、

磨耗板が解体用のせん断機の本体にある磨耗表面に寄りかかるように配置されていることにより、解体用のせん断機の上顎がせん断動作中に開いた位置と閉じた位置の間で旋回する間に、上顎が側面方向に制限できるようになっているもの。
