Abstract
Description
眼から除去された時に規定された量の誘導された収差を眼に残す角膜組織の量を規定する角膜アブレーションパターンを決定するためにレイトレーシングプロセスを適用し;決定されたアブレーションパターンに従ってコンピュータープログラムのための命令を生成するステップを含む、前記方法を提供する。
Claims (8)
- ヒトの眼の老視を処置するための角膜アブレーションパターンを決定する方法であって、
ヒト老眼についてのゼロでない量の誘導された収差を規定すること、
前記眼から除去された時に前記規定された量の誘導された収差を前記眼に残す角膜組織の量を規定する角膜アブレーションパターンを決定するためにレイトレーシングプロセスを適用することを含む、方法。 - 前記誘導された収差が、球面、球面収差、コマ収差、非点収差及び/またはこれらの収差の組み合わせの少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記誘導された収差が高次収差をさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記レイトレーシングプロセスが、次の一または複数の測定データ:前記眼の術前屈折、前記眼の術前収差、前記眼の角膜形状解析、前記眼の一または複数の眼幾何学的パラメータ、一または複数の瞳孔関連パラメータを使用して行われる請求項1〜3のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記誘導された収差が、前記眼の焦点深度を約1〜3ジオプトリー増加させるのに有効である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の方法。
- ヒトの眼の老視を処置する方法であって、
前記眼についてのゼロでない量の誘導された収差を規定すること、
前記眼から除去された時に前記規定された量の誘導された収差を前記眼に残す角膜組織の量を規定する角膜アブレーションパターンを決定するためにレイトレーシングプロセスを適用すること、
前記決定されたアブレーションパターンに従って角膜組織を除去するためにレーザー放射の焦点を前記眼の角膜組織の露出表面上に移動させることを含む、方法。 - 眼科用レーザー装置のための制御プログラムを生成する方法であって、前記制御プログラムは、前記装置の制御コンピューターにより実行された時に焦点を合わせたレーザー放射を標的上に移動させるように前記装置の光学システムを制御する命令を含有しており、
ヒト老眼についてのゼロでない量の誘導された収差を規定し、
前記眼から除去された時に前記規定された量の誘導された収差を前記眼に残す角膜組織の量を規定する角膜アブレーションパターンを決定するためにレイトレーシングプロセスを適用し、
前記決定されたアブレーションパターンに従って前記コンピュータープログラムのための命令を生成するステップを含む、方法。 - コンピューターにより実行された時に、
ヒト老眼から除去された時に、前もって規定されたゼロでない量の誘導された収差を前記眼に残す角膜組織の量を規定する角膜アブレーションパターンを決定するためにレイトレーシングプロセスを行い、
前記決定されたアブレーションパターンに従って前記眼上でアブレーションを行うようにレーザーデバイスを制御する命令を含有するコンピュータープログラム生成物。
