図1は、患者の皮膚に取り付けることが可能な創傷被覆要素3、および流体媒体の吸引用の接続デバイス(図示せず)を含む、創傷領域を負圧雰囲気にして創傷を治療するための創傷ケアデバイスの一般原理を示す。創傷被覆要素は、開放可能な窓23を特徴として有し、これは創傷被覆要素上の気密性の閉鎖物(図示せず)によって位置決めされている。窓23を開いた後、創傷被覆材2を容易に取り除き、廃棄し、および別の創傷被覆材で置換えることができる。
Claims (24)
- 創傷領域の負圧雰囲気による創傷治療用創傷ケアデバイスであって、
患者の皮膚に取り付けることが可能な創傷被覆要素および流体媒質を吸引するための接続デバイスを含み、
前記創傷被覆要素は開放可能な窓を有し、前記窓は気密性の閉鎖物によって創傷被覆要素上に配置されていることを特徴とする、創傷ケアデバイス。 - 前記気密性の閉鎖物が連結シールの形態で具体化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記創傷被覆要素が、所定の身体位置の解剖学的形態に対応するように事前に形成されていることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記創傷被覆要素が、前記の所定の身体位置の動きに沿って動くことができるように具体化されていることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記創傷被覆要素を、以下:
・アクリル接着剤
・シリコーン
・親水コロイド接着剤
・酸化亜鉛接着剤、および/または
・ラテックス接着剤
を含む群から選択される接着性材料によって患者の皮膚に取り付けることができることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。 - 前記デバイスが創傷の滲出液を取り出す吸収要素も含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記吸収要素が少なくとも一つの超吸収物質、変性セルロース、発泡材、および/またはアルギン酸塩を含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記吸収要素がセルロース繊維を含むフリースも含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、流体浸透性の創傷対向創傷接触格子も含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 流体媒体の吸引用の接続デバイスの領域に、流体不浸透性の障壁があることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが負圧雰囲気の生成のための設備も含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 負圧雰囲気の生成のための前記設備が前記創傷ケアデバイス上に直接配置されていることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 負圧雰囲気を発生させるための前記設備と、前記創傷被覆要素または創傷滲出液を取り出す前記吸収要素との間に、カップリング、ブロッキングバルブ、および/または三方バルブがあることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記吸収要素が流体浸透性のカバーで囲まれていることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが更にスペーサーも含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、重金属、好ましくは、銅もしくは銀、またはこれらの一つを含有する塩を含む層をも含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記創傷被覆要素が流体および/または気体に対して不透過性であることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記創傷被覆要素が水蒸気に対して透過性であることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 負圧雰囲気を発生させるための前記設備のポンピング方向が反転可能であることを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記開放可能な窓が、非弾性的バックパネルを含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記開放可能な窓が、弾性的バックパネルを含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 前記開放可能な窓が、可塑性の可鍛性材料で作製されたバックパネルを含むことを特徴とする、前述の請求項の一項に記載の創傷ケアデバイス。
- 軟組織の欠陥、外科的創面切除後の感染した創傷、リンパ系瘻孔、胸骨の傷感染症、胸壁孔、床ずれ、静脈性潰瘍、慢性的傷癒合障害、放射線潰瘍、腹部隔室症候群、敗血性腹腔、腸管瘻孔、および/または一つまたは幾つかの浮腫に起因する創傷などの創傷治療の目的の、皮膚移植の固定のための、傷の状態調節のための、ならびに/または縫い目および切開の手術後のケアのための、
