Claims (25)
- 流体採取時の流量変調用の調整器であって、
患者から採取デバイスへと流体を移送するために、管状側壁によって画成される流体通路と前記管状側壁の一部分に関連付けられた可撓性部材とを含む流体移送デバイスを備え、前記可撓性部材は、前記流体移送デバイスが差圧に曝されたときに、前記流体通路に対して移動するように構成されていることを特徴とする調整器。 - 前記可撓性部材は、前記流体通路を通って流れる流体と雰囲気との間のバリアを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器。
- 前記可撓性部材はばね要素を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器。
- 前記採取デバイスは前記流体通路と流体連通する排気チューブをさらに含み、前記排気チューブへの前記採取デバイスの接続によって前記流体通路内の真空が生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器。
- 前記流体通路が前記真空に曝されることによって、前記可撓性部材を横切る圧力勾配が生じ、前記流体通路内への前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分の拡張が引き起こされて、前記流体通路内の流路の制限がもたらされることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の調整器。
- 前記可撓性部材は可撓性ダイアフラムを囲むフレームを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器。
- 前記流体移送デバイスの前記管状側壁は開放部分を含み、前記可撓性ダイアフラムを囲む前記フレームは前記開放部分に関連付けられ、前記流体移送デバイスが前記差圧に曝されたときに、前記可撓性ダイアフラムが前記開放部分を通って前記流体通路内に拡張するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の調整器。
- 前記可撓性部材は、前記管状側壁内に一体に形成された可撓性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器。
- 前記可撓性部材は、前記流体通路が前記差圧に曝されたときに、少なくとも一部が前記流体通路に向かって潰れることで、前記流体通路の流れの面積を制限するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器。
- 前記可撓性部材に関連付けられたベンチュリチャネルであって、前記差圧への曝露に応じ前記可撓性部材に隣接する領域を通る流体の流れを加速するのに適合したベンチュリチャネルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器。
- 前記ベンチュリチャネルは、前記可撓性部材を横切る圧力差の増大に起因した、前記ベンチュリチャネルに隣接する流路における圧力降下の増大を生じさせるのに適合していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の調整器。
- 前記可撓性部材に関連付けられた指パッドをさらに含み、前記指パッドは、流体の流れの自動調整に優先して、前記流体通路を通る流体の流れをユーザが手動で調整できるようにするものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調整器。
- 採血時の流量変調用の流体移送デバイスであって、
患者側端を有する第1カニューレと、
非患者側端を有する第2カニューレと、
前記第1および第2カニューレの少なくとも一部分を支持しており、前記第1および第2カニューレが流体通路を確立している、ハブと、
前記第2カニューレに関連付けられ、内部に真空を収容するためのシールを含む採血チューブを受容するように構成されたチューブホルダと、
流体通路に関連付けられた調整器であって、
管状側壁によって画成される血流通路、および
前記管状側壁の一部分に関連付けられ、差圧に曝されたときに前記血流通路に対して移動するように構成されている可撓性部材、
を含む調整器と、
を備え、前記血流通路内の差圧の作用により、前記血流通路に対する前記可撓性部材の自動的な移動が生じて、前記血流通路を通って移動する血液の流れが調節されるようにしたことを特徴とする流体移送デバイス。 - 前記差圧の作用は、前記チューブホルダへの前記採血チューブの挿入と、前記採血チューブの前記シールの穿孔と、によって実現されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記可撓性部材に関連付けられた指パッドをさらに含み、前記指パッドは、前記可撓性部材の自動的な移動に優先して、前記血流通路を通る血液の流れをユーザが手動で調整できるようにするものであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記可撓性部材は可撓性ダイアフラムを囲むフレームを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記調整器の前記管状側壁は開放部分を含み、前記可撓性ダイアフラムを囲む前記フレームは前記開放部分に関連付けられ、前記可撓性部材が前記差圧に曝されたときに、前記可撓性ダイアフラムが前記開放部分を通って前記血流通路内に拡張するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記可撓性部材は、前記管状側壁内に一体に形成された可撓性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記可撓性部材は、前記流体移送デバイスが前記差圧に曝されたときに、少なくとも一部が前記血流通路に向かって潰れることで、前記血流通路の流れの面積を制限するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記可撓性部材に関連付けられたベンチュリチャネルであって、前記差圧への曝露に応じ前記可撓性部材に隣接する領域を通る流体の流れを加速するのに適合したベンチュリチャネルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 採血時の流量変調用の流体移送デバイスであって、
内部に真空を収容するためのシールを含む採血チューブを受容するように構成され、内部に流体通路を画成しているチューブホルダと、
流体通路に関連付けられた調整器であって、
管状側壁によって画成される血流通路、および
前記管状側壁の一部分に関連付けられ、差圧に曝されたときに前記血流通路に対して移動するように構成されている可撓性部材、
を含む調整器と、
を備え、前記血流通路内の差圧の作用により、前記血流通路に対する前記可撓性部材の自動的な移動が生じて、前記血流通路を通って移動する血液の流れが調節されるようにしたことを特徴とする流体移送デバイス。 - 前記差圧の作用は、前記チューブホルダへの前記採血チューブの挿入と、前記採血チューブの前記シールの穿孔と、によって実現されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記可撓性部材は可撓性ダイアフラムを囲むフレームを含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記可撓性部材は、前記管状側壁内に一体に形成された可撓性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の流体移送デバイス。
- 前記可撓性部材は、前記流体移送デバイスが前記差圧に曝されたときに、少なくとも一部が前記血流通路に向かって潰れることで、前記血流通路の流れの面積を制限するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の流体移送デバイス。
