Claims (21)
- パルスの第1の位相を発生し、電源及びエネルギー貯蔵器を有する少なくとも第1のサブシステムであって、前記第1の位相は、パルスの正の位相及びパルスの負の位相の1つである第1のサブシステム;
パルスの第2の位相を発生し、第2の電源及び第2のエネルギー貯蔵器を有する少なくとも第2のサブシステムであって、前記第2の位相は、前記第1の位相とは逆極性の位相である第2のサブシステム;及び
少なくとも1つの正の位相及び少なくとも1つの負の位相を有する治療パルスを発生するように前記第1のサブシステムと第2のサブシステムとの間を切り換えるスイッチングコンポーネント;
を備えた多相パルスジェネレータ。 - 前記パルスの第1の位相の形状を調整する回路を更に備えた、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記パルスの第2の位相の形状を調整する回路を更に備えた、請求項2に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記回路は、選択可能な抵抗器のアレイを含む、請求項2に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記回路は、選択可能な抵抗器のアレイを含む、請求項3に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記治療パルスは、心臓ペーシング、カルジオバージョン、除細動、神経学的治療、神経治療、及び筋骨格治療の1つに使用するのに適した複数の異なる、あり得る電力及びエネルギーレベルの中の1つである、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記パルスの第1の位相及び前記パルスの第2の位相のうちの1つ以上の位相の振幅を個々に選択するための回路を更に備えた、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記少なくとも第1のサブシステムは、コントロール回路を有し、そして前記少なくとも第2のサブシステムは、コントロール回路を有する、請求項1に記載のジェネレータ。
- パルスの第1の位相を発生し、電源、エネルギー貯蔵器、及びHブリッジ回路の一部分を有する少なくとも第1のサブシステムであって、前記第1の位相は、パルスの正の位相及びパルスの負の位相の1つである第1のサブシステム;
パルスの第2の位相を発生し、第2の電源、第2のエネルギー貯蔵器、及びHブリッジ回路の第2部分を有する少なくとも第2のサブシステムであって、前記少なくとも第1のサブシステムとこの第2のサブシステムとの間に完全なHブリッジ回路が形成されるようにし、前記第2の位相は、前記第1の位相とは逆極性の位相である第2のサブシステム;及び
少なくとも1つの正の位相及び少なくとも1つの負の位相を有する治療パルスを発生するように前記第1のサブシステムと第2のサブシステムとの間を切り換えるスイッチングコンポーネント;
を備えた多相パルスジェネレータ。 - 前記パルスの第1の位相の形状を調整する回路を更に備えた、請求項9に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記パルスの第2の位相の形状を調整する回路を更に備えた、請求項10に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記回路は、選択可能な抵抗器のアレイを含む、請求項10に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記回路は、選択可能な抵抗器のアレイを含む、請求項11に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記治療パルスは、心臓ペーシング、カルジオバージョン、除細動、神経学的治療、神経治療、及び筋骨格治療の1つに使用するのに適した複数の異なる、あり得る電力及びエネルギーレベルの中の1つである、請求項9に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記パルスの第1の位相及び前記パルスの第2の位相のうちの1つ以上の位相の振幅を個々に選択するための回路を更に備えた、請求項9に記載のジェネレータ。
- 前記少なくとも第1のサブシステムは、コントロール回路を有し、そして前記少なくとも第2のサブシステムは、コントロール回路を有する、請求項9に記載のジェネレータ。
- 治療パルスを発生する方法において、
電源及びエネルギー蓄積器を使用してパルスのための1つ以上の正の位相を発生し;
第2の電源及び第2のエネルギー蓄積器を使用してパルスのための1つ以上の負の位相を発生し;及び
少なくとも1つの正の位相及び少なくとも1つの負の位相を有する治療パルスを発生するように前記1つ以上の正の位相と1つ以上の負の位相との間を切り換える;
ことを含む、方法。 - 前記1つ以上の正の位相の各々の形状を調整することを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ以上の負の位相の各々の形状を調整することを更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記治療パルスを発生することは、心臓ペーシング、カルジオバージョン、除細動、神経学的治療、神経治療、及び筋骨格治療の1つに使用するのに適した複数の異なる、あり得る電力及びエネルギーレベルを有する治療パルスを発生することを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
