Claims (5)
- 機械加工される管(1)の内部に挿入される、管を機械加工するための防振栓であって、前記防振栓は、容易に外側に広がって前記管(1)の内壁に接触する少なくとも3つのアーム(3)を有する中心本体(2)を含み、遮断スクリーン(4)が、前記中心本体(2)と前記アーム(3)との間に配置され、前記遮断スクリーン(4)は、前記アーム(3)が広がった状態で前記管(1)の内部を遮断し、前記中心本体(2)は軸方向の孔(5)を有し、そこにピストン(6)が収容され、該ピストン(6)は、外部から押されることによって、前記中心本体(2)を囲みかつ前記アーム(3)の動きを生じさせる周囲部品(8)に移動可能に作用し、前記周囲部品(8)は、前記ピストン(6)が押す方向と反対方向に弾性要素(10)によって与えられる押す力を受けることを特徴とする、管を機械加工するための防振栓。
- それぞれの前記アーム(3)は、互いに接合された第1のレバー(3.1)と第2のレバー(3.2)とを含むはさみの形状を有し、前記第1のレバー(3.1)は、一端で前記中心本体(2)に結合され、他端は、前記管(1)の内壁と接触するための細長い停止部(3.4)に設けられた溝(3.5)に沿って移動する可動点に結合され、前記第2のレバー(3.2)は、一端で前記周囲部品(8)に結合され、他端で前記細長い停止部(3.4)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管を機械加工するための防振栓。
- それぞれの前記アーム(3)は、互いに接合された第1のレバー(3.1)と第2のレバー(3.2)とを含むはさみの形状を有し、前記第1のレバー(3.1)は前記中心本体(2)に結合され、前記第2のレバー(3.2)は前記周囲部品(8)に結合され、前記第1のレバー(3.1)及び前記第2のレバー(3.2)の自由端は、前記管(1)の内壁と接触するためのそれぞれの車輪(3.6)で終わることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管を機械加工するための防振栓。
- 前記ピストン(6)は、前記周囲部品(8)に取り付けられた横方向の棒(7)を一端に有し、前記横方向の棒(7)は、前記中心本体(2)の長方形の溝(9)を通って前記中心本体(2)から突出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の管を機械加工するための防振栓。
- 旋盤で機械加工される管の内部に請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の防振栓を配置する方法であって、第1のステップにおいて前記栓が前記旋盤の可動板にしっかりと固定され、前記栓は、前記旋盤の前記可動板のクランプ(12)及び前記栓を操作して栓をしない配置に前記栓を維持するロッド(13)によってしっかりと固定され、前記栓は、前記管(1)の内部にこの配置で挿入され、第2のステップは、前記栓は前記旋盤の前記可動板によって固定されなくなり、前記旋盤の前記可動板の前記クランプ(12)は取り外されて前記栓はもはや前記ロッド(13)によって作動されず、それにより前記栓は前記管(1)の内部に栓をするための配置になって、前記管(1)の内部で自立することを特徴とする方法。
