Claims (10)
- 上端が開放し、底壁にサイクロンセパレーター入口を有するサイクロン筒と、
前記サイクロン筒の上方に設けられ、サイクロンセパレーター出口が設けられるサイクロンセパレーターエンドカバーと、
上端が前記サイクロンセパレーター出口と連通し、下端が前記サイクロン筒内に延在するフィルターと、
下端が前記サイクロンセパレーター入口と連通し、上端が封じられ側壁に前記サイクロン筒と連通する通気口が設けられる導風筒と、
を備えることを特徴とするサイクロンセパレーター。 - 前記サイクロン筒内に導風板と風防板とが設けられ、前記導風板の少なくとも一部分が上へ螺旋状に延長し、前記風防板が前記通気口の上方に設けられ、前記風防板の位置が前記導風板の上縁部より高くないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサイクロンセパレーター。
- 前記導風板が環状に形成され、該導風板は、
それぞれ前記サイクロン筒の軸線と直交する第一板体及び第二板体と、
上下方向に沿って螺旋状に延長し、両端がそれぞれ前記第一板体と前記第二板体と接続される螺旋導風板と、
前記サイクロン筒の軸線と平行し、両端がそれぞれ前記第一板体と前記第二板体と接続される接続板と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のサイクロンセパレーター。 - 前記第一板体が前記通気口の下縁部に設けられ、前記風防板が前記通気口の上縁部に設けられ、前記第二板体が前記風防板と面一に設けられ、前記接続板が前記通気口の側縁部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のサイクロンセパレーター。
- 前記導風板が前記サイクロン筒の底壁であり、前記サイクロンセパレーター入口が前記導風板に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか一つに記載のサイクロンセパレーター。
- 前記サイクロン筒の底壁に前記サイクロンセパレーター入口と連通する給気管が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一つに記載のサイクロンセパレーター。
- さらに筒体とセパレーターを有し、該セパレーターが前記筒体内に設けられ、前記セパレーターが上下方向に沿って前記筒体の内部空間を分割し、前記筒体の上部が前記フィルターを形成し、前記筒体の下部が前記導風筒を形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載のサイクロンセパレーター。
- 前記導風板の高さは、前記導風筒深さの半分以上、且つ前記サイクロン筒の深さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載のサイクロンセパレーター。
- 前記サイクロンセパレーターエンドカバーは前記サイクロン筒の上縁部から離れ、前記サイクロン筒の上縁部と前記サイクロンセパレーターエンドカバーとの間の距離は前記導風板の高さ以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一つに記載のサイクロンセパレーター。
- 前記フィルターが円筒状に形成され、前記サイクロン筒が中央線と前記フィルターの中央線と重ねる円筒状に形成され、前記フィルターの半径は前記サイクロン筒半径の半分以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一つに記載のサイクロンセパレーター。
