本開示は、HIVウイルス−細胞融合阻害剤を発現する新規な形質導入された間葉幹細胞(MSC)と、HIVを治療するための使用法を説明する。詳しくは、間葉幹細胞(MSC)は、HIVの抗ウイルス融合阻害剤を発現する1種以上のレトロウイルス及び/またはレンチウイルスのベクターで形質導入される。その形質導入されたMSCは、重要なMSCの特徴、例えば分化する能力を失うことなく、阻害剤を発現する。
Claims (17)
- 間葉系幹細胞(MSC)を含むヒト免疫不全ウイルス(HIV)を治療するための医薬組成物であって、前記MSCがHIV抗ウイルス融合阻害剤を発現する、医薬組成物。
- 前記抗ウイルス融合阻害剤が、ペプチドまたは抗体である、請求項1記載の医薬組成物。
- 前記HIV抗ウイルス融合阻害剤が、分泌性抗ウイルス侵入阻害(SAVE)、C46、もしくはmaC46のペプチド、または中和抗体のうちの1種以上である、請求項1記載の医薬組成物。
- a)HIVペプチド阻害剤をウイルスベクター中に組み込んで遺伝子送達ベクターを形成すること;
b)前記遺伝子送達ベクターを間葉系幹細胞(MSC)に形質導入することであって、ここで、前記MSCは形質導入後にHIVペプチド阻害剤を発現すること;及び
c)形質移入された前記MSCを、HIVに感染した対象に投与すること;
を含むヒト免疫不全ウイルス(HIV)を治療する方法。 - 前記HIVペプチド阻害剤が、分泌性抗ウイルス侵入阻害(SAVE)ペプチド、C46、maC46、または中和抗体のうちの1種以上である、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記MSCを静脈内に注入する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記MSCを皮下に注入する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記MSCを腹腔内に注入する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記対象が、動物である、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記対象が、ヒトである、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記対象に対して抗レトロウイルス療法を投与することを更に含む、請求項4記載の方法。
