Claims (20)
- パイプと、
前記パイプの外面に隣接して位置付けられた磁気コイルと、
前記パイプの内面を覆う非導電性ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)ライナと、
前記非導電性PTFEライナに結合された導電性PTFEパッチ電極であって、該パッチ電極の内端がパイプの内部に露出され、前記パッチ電極の外端が前記パイプの電極孔に整列されている、導電性PTFEパッチ電極と
を具備した磁気流量計。 - 前記導電性PTFEパッチ電極は前記外端に螺子付き成形インサートを含む、請求項1に記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記電極孔を貫通して延び、前記螺子付き成形インサートにねじ込まれることで、前記パッチ電極から前記パイプの外部の電気回路への電気接続を提供する電極延長部を更に具備する、請求項2に記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記パッチ電極に埋設された第1端を有し、且つ、前記電極孔を貫通して第2端に延びる可撓性電気導体を更に具備する、請求項1に記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記導電性PTFEパッチ電極は前記非導電性PTFEライナにPFAによって接着されている、請求項1に記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記導電性PTFEパッチ電極は30KΩよりも小さい抵抗を有する、請求項1に記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記パッチ電極の前記外端に結合された薄いPTA膜が前記パイプと前記パッチ電極とを電気的に絶縁する、請求項1に記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記パッチ電極に係合するばね付勢プローブを有する電極延長部を更に具備する、請求項1に記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記パッチ電極は円錐台形状を有する、請求項1に記載の磁気流量計。
- 前記パッチ電極の前記内端は前記外端よりも小径である、請求項9に記載の磁気流量計。
- 磁気流量計のためのライナ及び電極のアセンブリにおいて、
非導電性ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)ライナと、
前記非導電性PTFEライナに結合されて一体的なPTFEチューブを形成する第1及び第2導電性PTFEパッチ電極であって、前記導電性PTFEパッチ電極の内端が前記非導電性PTFEライナの内面に合致する、第1及び第2導電性PTFEパッチ電極と
を具備したライナ及び電極のアセンブリ。 - 前記各PTFEパッチ電極は外端に螺子付き成形インサートを含む、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記螺子付き成形インサートに接続されて前記パッチ電極への電気接続を提供する電極延長部を更に具備する、請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記パッチ電極に埋設された端を有した可撓性電気導体を更に具備する、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性PTFEパッチ電極は前記非導電性PTFEライナにPFAによって接着されている、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記導電性PTFEパッチ電極は30KΩよりも小さい抵抗を有する、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記パッチ電極の外端を覆って接着された薄いPFA膜を更に具備する、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記パッチ電極と係合するばね付勢プローブを備えた電極延長部を更に具備する、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記パッチ電極は円錐台形状を有する、請求項11に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記パッチ電極の前記内端は他端よりも小径である、請求項19に記載のアセンブリ。
