Claims (10)
- 流体チャンバを画定する圧力チューブと、
前記流体チャンバ内にスライド可能に配置されたピストンアセンブリであって、前記流体チャンバを上側作動チャンバと下側作動チャンバとに分割するピストンアセンブリと、
前記ピストンアセンブリに取り付けられたピストンロッドであって、前記上側および下側作動チャンバのうちの一方を貫通するピストンロッドと、
前記圧力チューブの端部に配置されたジャウンスバンパキャップであって、前記ピストンロッドが前記ジャウンスバンパキャップにより画定される貫通穴を貫通する、ジャウンスバンパキャップと、
前記ジャウンスバンパキャップにより画定される前記貫通穴の周囲に配置されたジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部と、
前記ピストンロッドの周囲に配置された弾性ジャウンスバンパであって、前記ジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部と係合するように構成されたノーズを有する弾性ジャウンスバンパと、
を含むショックアブソーバであって、
前記ショックアブソーバの圧縮運動中の前記弾性ジャウンスバンパと前記ジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部との間の係合が、前記ジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部に対する前記ノーズの半径方向運動を制限するショックアブソーバ。 - 単独部品の構成要素が前記ジャウンスバンパキャップと前記ジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部との両方を形成する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記ジャウンスバンパキャップは前記ジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部に直接隣接する境界面を画定し、前記ショックアブソーバの圧縮行程中に前記弾性ジャウンスバンパが前記境界面と係合する、請求項2に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記圧力チューブの前記端部を閉じる上側エンドキャップをさらに含み、前記ジャウンスバンパキャップが前記上側エンドキャップと係合する、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 単独部品の構成要素が前記ジャウンスバンパキャップと前記ジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部との両方を形成する、請求項4に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記ジャウンスバンパキャップは前記ジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部に直接隣接する境界面を画定し、前記ショックアブソーバの圧縮行程中に前記弾性ジャウンスバンパは前記境界面と係合する、請求項5に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記圧力チューブの前記端部を閉じる上側エンドキャップをさらに含み、前記ジャウンスバンパキャップが前記上側エンドキャップと係合する、請求項4に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記ジャウンスバンパノーズ保持特徴部は、前記弾性ジャウンスバンパに向かって延びる突起である、請求項1に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記単独の環状突起は、前記ジャウンスバンパキャップにより画定される前記貫通穴に直接隣接し、かつそれを取り囲む、請求項8に記載のショックアブソーバ。
- 前記突起が単独の環状突起である、請求項8に記載のショックアブソーバ。
