Claims (9)
- 骨(Ti)の関節面に台形凹部を設けるための医療用工具システムであって、工具軸(7)を中心に回転可能なフライス工具(2)を備え、外周に作用するフライス刃(6)と、工具軸(7)の軸端で作用するフライス刃(6)と、フライス工具(2)を案内するために間接面に固定可能な型板部(3)とを有し、前記フライス工具(2)の侵入深さを制限するストッパ(10,19)が設けられ、前記型板部(3)は、キャリッジガイド(12)を有する基礎部材(4)と、ガイド面の案内レールに沿って、前記キャリッジガイド(12)において2つの端部ストッパの間で移動可能なキャリッジ(5)とを有し、フライス工具(2)が前記工具軸(7)に対して横切って案内されるように、ガイド面に対して斜めに延びる導管(18)は、フライス工具(2)が前記工具軸(7)を中心に自由に回転できるようにキャリッジ(5)内に形成されることを特徴とする。
- 基礎部材(4)は、板状で平坦に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療用工具システム。
- キャリッジガイド(12)は、基礎部材(4)に形成された直線状の長手方向スロットによって、案内突起部が係合されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の工具システム。
- 導管(18)は、ガイド面に対して、30°以上60°以内の角度、特に40°以上50°以内の角度、特に好ましくは45°の角度で傾斜することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか一記載の工具システム。
- 工具軸(7)の軸端で作用するフライス刃(6)は、フライス加工の際、略平坦で工具軸(7)に対して略垂直な面を切削可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載の工具システム。
- 導管(18)は、上縁部(19)を有するキャリッジ(5)の筒状部分に配置され、フライス工具(2)は、工具軸を横切って突出する襟状部(10)を有し、前記縁部(19)と前記襟状部(10)とでストッパ(10,19)を構成することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか一記載の工具システム。
- キャリッジ(5)と型板部(3)の基礎部材(4)とは、互いに取外可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6いずれか一記載の工具システム。
- 基礎部材(4)にピン孔(16)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7いずれか一記載の工具システム。
- 基礎部材(4)に把持部(11)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8いずれか一記載の工具システム。
