Claims (7)
- ツール(26)に対して複合プライ(30a)を圧縮するための装置(40)であって、
前記プライ(30a)に対して配置されるように適合された本体(46)と、
前記ツール(26)に対して前記プライを圧縮する磁力を発生させるように適合された、前記本体(46)上の少なくとも一つの磁石(44)とを含む装置(40)。 - 前記ツール(26)が強磁性材料から形成され、前記本体(46)が常磁性材料を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記磁石(44)が、磁力(F)の調節を可能にするように、前記本体(46)上に調整可能に取付けられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記本体(46)が、常磁性材料から形成される面(50)を含み、前記面(50)が、前記複合プライ(30a)を係合し、前記ツール(26)の角(28)の中に前記複合プライ(30a)を圧縮するように適合される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記本体(46)が、前記プライ(30a)を係合し、圧縮するように適合された面(50)を有する常磁性部材(48)を含み、
前記磁石(44)が、空隙(G)によって前記常磁性部材(48)から隔てられており、
前記磁石(44)と前記常磁性部材(48)の間の前記空隙(G)の大きさが、調整可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記磁石(44)が、ネオジム磁石及びサマリウムコバルト磁石のうちの一つである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 内角径を有する複合積層物を形成する方法であって、
複合積層物チャージを形成ツールの上に配置すること(34)、
磁力増圧装置を前記内角径において前記複合積層物に対して配置すること(35)、
圧縮圧力を用いて、前記複合積層物を前記ツールの内角径の中へ圧縮することを含む、前記形成ツールの上に前記複合積層物を形成すること(36)、及び
磁力を用いて、圧縮圧力を増強すること(38)を含む方法。
