Claims (23)
- 移植可能な上腕骨プレートであって、
上腕の骨頭および内側突起のところに配置されるように適合される近位部分と、
上腕の骨幹に沿うように配置されるように適合される遠位部分と、
前記内側突起内へ延在する突起ファスナを受けるように適合される、前記近位部分を通るように設けられる複数の突起開口部と
を備える、移植可能な上腕骨プレート。 - 前記突起開口部が3つ以上の開口部を備える、請求項1に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記突起開口部が6つの開口部を備える、請求項1に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記突起開口部が2つの概して平行な列となるように設けられ、各列が3つの開口部を有する、請求項3に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記突起開口部が、前記突起ファスナを所定の固定される角度のみで前記プレートを通過させるのを可能にするように、構成される、請求項1に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記固定される角度が水平方向を基準として約90度から135度である、請求項1に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記突起開口部が約2から3ミリメートルの直径を有する、請求項1に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記近位部分が、前記上腕の骨頭内へ延在する近位側ファスナを受けるように適合される近位側開口部をさらに含み、前記近位側開口部が前記突起開口部より大きい、請求項1に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記近位部分が、前記上腕骨プレートに対して別のデバイスを設置するように適合されるドリルガイド開口部をさらに有する、請求項8に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記遠位部分が、前記上腕の骨幹内へ延在するファスナを受けるように適合される開口部を備える、請求項1に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 前記近位部分が概略長方形であり、前記上腕骨プレートに取り付けられる別のデバイスのタブを受けるように適合されるノッチを有する側部を含む、請求項1に記載の上腕骨プレート。
- 上腕骨近位骨折固定システムであって、
上腕の骨頭および内側突起のところに配置されるように適合される近位部分と、上腕の骨幹に沿うように配置されるように適合される遠位部分と、内側突起内へ延在する突起ファスナを受けるように適合される、前記近位部分を通るように設けられる複数の突起開口部と、を備える移植可能な上腕骨プレートと、
前記上腕骨プレートの前記近位部分に取り付けられるボディと、前記ボディから外側に延在する細長アームと、前記アームに対して設置されるガイド部材と、を備える照準装置であって、前記ガイド部材が、前記上腕骨プレートを通って延在するファスナに対して概して垂直な方向でピンまたはファスナを前記上腕の骨頭内へ誘導するように適合される、照準装置と
を備える、上腕骨近位骨折固定システム。 - 前記ガイド部材が、前側から後側への方向に前記上腕の骨頭内へピンまたはファスナを誘導するように適合される、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記上腕骨プレートを最終的に固定する前に骨片を一体に押圧するように適合される圧縮デバイスをさらに備える、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 上腕骨近位骨折を固定するための照準装置であって、前記照準装置が、
移植可能な上腕骨プレートに取り付けられるように適合されるボディと、
前記ボディから外側に延在する細長アームと、
前記アームに対して設置されるガイド部材であって、前記ガイド部材が、前記上腕骨プレートを通って延在するファスナに対して概して垂直な方向でピンまたはファスナを上腕の骨頭内へ誘導するように適合される、ガイド部材と
を備える、照準装置。 - 前記ボディが前記上腕骨プレートに対してスナップ嵌めされるように適合される、請求項15に記載の照準装置。
- 前記ボディがファスナを用いて前記上腕骨プレートに対して固定されるように適合される、請求項15に記載の照準装置。
- 前記ガイド部材が前記アームの長さに沿って再配置され得る、請求項15に記載の照準装置。
- 前記ガイド部材が複数のガイド要素を有し、各ガイド要素が、前記ガイド要素を介して前記上腕の骨頭内へとピンを通過させるときの軌道を制御するように適合される、請求項15に記載の照準装置。
- 前記ガイド要素の向きが調整可能であり、その結果、前記上腕の骨頭内での前記ピンの向きが調整され得るようになる、請求項19に記載の照準装置。
- 上腕骨近位骨折を固定するための方法であって、前記方法が、
上腕骨プレートを介して上腕の内側突起内へ通過する複数のファスナを用いて上腕の側部に対して上腕骨プレートを固定するステップ、
を含む方法。 - 前記上腕骨プレートを最終的に固定する前に上腕の骨片を一体に押圧するステップをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記上腕骨プレートに取り付けられる照準装置を使用して上腕の前記骨頭の前側から上腕の前記骨頭内にファスナを挿入するステップをさらに含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
