Claims (9)
- ユーザの皮膚(12)に付けるのに適したパッチ(10)と、
前記パッチの中に配置された電極のシステムによって低強度の電流を前記ユーザの皮膚を通じて印加するのに適した電圧発生器(22)と
を備える電気刺激装置および/またはイオン導入装置であって、
前記装置が、前記パッチの下にある前記ユーザの皮膚の抵抗率における連続的な測定に応じて、前記電圧発生器によって供給される電圧を変更する自動調節器(16)を備え、前記自動調節器(16)が、前記皮膚の抵抗を測定するための素子(24)を備え、抵抗の値によって、前記自動調節器が、前記パッチの下にある前記ユーザの皮膚の抵抗率の値を算出し得る、装置。 - 前記皮膚における前記抵抗率の値が最小値と最大値との間に含まれていない場合にアラームが作動する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記自動調節器(16)が、前記皮膚の温度を測定するための素子(26)を備える、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記皮膚の温度が最大値を超えた場合にアラームが作動する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記電極のシステムが、前記電圧発生器における端子の一方に接続された、第一の極性を有する複数の電極(60、62、64、66)と、前記電圧発生器における他方の端子に接続された、第二の極性である複数の電極(68、70、72)とを備え、前記第一の極性である電極が、前記第二の極性である電極と交互に配置され、前記パッチの両端部における電極が同一の極性を有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 筋肉または腱の微細な損傷を引き起こすことを避けるために電流のラインが皮下組織の中に入り込まないように、アノードと、隣接するカソードとの間の距離が、2センチメートルである所定の距離未満である、請求項5に記載の装置。
- アノードまたはカソードである前記電極のそれぞれが、印加電流を複数の境界面に流して局所的な電流密度を分けるために複数の接点を備える、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記パッチ(10)と前記ユーザの皮膚との間に、電流によって前記ユーザの皮膚の中に導入される作用物質の層(14)を備え、イオン導入装置として用いられる、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記作用物質の層がヒドロゲルの形態である、請求項8に記載の装置。
