Claims (19)
- モジュール式の搬送システムを備える偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、該偏心スクリューポンプ(2)は、ロータ(10)及びステータ(8)をそれぞれ1個ずつ含む少なくとも2個の搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)を備え、該搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)は互いに結合され、また前記搬送システムには単一の駆動装置(14)だけが割り当てられ、更に前記搬送システムは、搬送媒体のために、2つ以上の入口及び/若しくは出口(18,24)を含むか、又は少なくとも1個のモジュール式の貫流ハウジング(12)を含んでいる偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)それぞれは、吸引ハウジング(36)、圧力ハウジング(16)又は前記貫流ハウジング(12)によって互いに結合されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)の前記ロータ(10)は、前記吸引ハウジング(36)又は前記圧力ハウジング(16)内において、堅固な結合部(34)によって互いに結合されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項3に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記ロータ(10)は、互いに着脱可能に結合されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記ロータ(10)は、前記搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)用に一体的に構成されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)の選択及び構成により、前記搬送媒体に関して、特定の混合比が設定可能である偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記駆動装置(14)に作用する軸線方向力は、ゼロに近い偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)は、直列に配置されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、隣接する2個の搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)は、吸引ハウジング(36)又は圧力ハウジング(16)によって互いに結合されると共に、互いに対して逆方向に搬送するよう構成されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、隣接する2個の前記搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)は、貫流ハウジング(12)によって互いに結合されると共に、同一方向に搬送するよう構成されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送システムは、2個の搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)を含んでいる偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項11に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送システムは、圧力ハウジング(16)及び吸引ハウジング(36)を含んでいる偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項11に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送システムは、圧力ハウジング(16)及び貫流ハウジング(12)を含んでいる偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送システムは、4個の搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)を含んでいる偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項14に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送システムは、2個の吸引ハウジング(36)及び2個の圧力ハウジング(16)を含んでいる偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項14に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送システムは、吸引ハウジング(36)、2個の貫流ハウジング(12)及び圧力ハウジング(16)を含んでいる偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜16に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記搬送モジュール(4,6,38,40)の結合領域には、前記ロータ(10)を有する混合手段(37)が配置されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項17に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)であって、前記混合手段は、前記圧力ハウジング(16)内に配置されている偏心スクリューポンプ。
- 請求項1〜18の何れか一項に記載の偏心スクリューポンプ(2)用の搬送システムのためのハウジング(12,16,36)。
