Claims (11)
- 内燃機関のシリンダのためのピストン(3)であって、
前記ピストン(3)は、上方に向いたキャビティにより形成されたピストンボウル(6)を有するピストンクラウン(16)を備え、
前記ピストンボウル(6)は、中央頂部(18)を有するフロア部分(8)、前記頂部(18)から下向きに延びる内側部分(19)、及び側方部分(20)を有し、
前記側方部分(20)は、前記内側部分(18)を前記ピストンクラウン(16)の上側表面(5)に接続し、
前記側方部分(20)には、前記頂部(18)に向かって突出する互いに間隔を開けて配置された別々の隆起(40)が形成され、
前記側方部分(20)は、前記側方部分(20)を前記ピストンクラウン(16)の前記上側表面(5)に接続する少なくとも一つの凹所(41)を前記側方部分(20)の上端部(32)に有している、ピストン。 - 隆起及び凹所が前記側方部分の円周方向に交互に形成されている、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 前記少なくとも一つの凹所が最も近い隆起から等しい間隔で配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載のピストン。
- 前記側方部分は断面が凹曲線状の形状を有している、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のピストン。
- 前記少なくとも一つの凹所は、前記ピストンクラウンの軸線方向及び半径方向に延びる各平面に関して対称に形成され、
前記幾何学的な平面は、その円周方向の中心において、前記凹所を横切っている、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のピストン。 - 前記隆起のそれぞれが、前記ピストンクラウンの軸線方向及び半径方向に延びる各平面に関して対称に形成され、

- 前記凹所のそれぞれが水平な座面部分(L)及び鉛直な壁面部分(H)を有しており、前記水平な座面部分(L)が丸み(R2)によって、前記鉛直な壁面部分(H)に接続されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のピストン。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載のシリンダ及びピストンを備える内燃機関。
- 前記内燃機関が低スワール内燃機関である、請求項10に記載の内燃機関。
